I need medium tips the small don't seal and the large hurt my ear canal so yeah all in all a huge waste of time.

But the case is at 78. So why arent they charging. Busted crap product. So much for refurbished. They just put them in a box broke as crap still and sent them down the line. So like nobody looked at these things and "fixed" them.

However, didn’t have same sizes for the buds to put in your ears. Also the oval shape hurt my ears. Was never able to connect them to my Apple Watch to go out without my phone Can’t use them

Ear tips that where included also had ear wax on the inside. Charge cable wasn't included. This was a Geek Squad certified item.

Thank you BestBuy, if it wasnt for the refurbished one I would never have such quality earphones from such a top manufacter as Samsung.

I ordered the refurbished online and received an open box return that had only 2 out of 3 sizes of the rubber ear pieces, was noticeably used and wouldn't charge by cable or charging pad. Exchanged it for a new set that are as good as advertised.
