Not one complaint. You wouldn't know they weren't brand new.

Did not come with eartips. Took months to recieve replacement ones. Battery life and location tracking poor.

Delivery was quick. Right earbud had terrible sound, maybe at half the sound of the right one performing mono tests, so they were broken on arrival and not refurbished. However, at the price I got them, I was still able to trade them in for a new pair. I don't think I will buy anything refurbished again though.

Looks brand new and works like it too. I was expecting some sort of scratching or indication that these were refurbished, but they look brand new! Definitely a better deal than buying them new

I received everything when it came in the mail, I saw some reviews said the buds were missing etc. My only issue is the shape of this style hurts my ears horribly but that very well could be because I have small ears.

I have purchased the Geek Squad Certified Refurbished Galaxy Buds Pro Headphones for a fraction of the cost of the new ones, and so far they perform seamlessly as good as the new ones (that I also own).

they have good sound quality but I work overnight so I use my head phones all night, theses only last about 3 hours on a charge I also have beats pro that last all night for the money the beats are a little bit better. So it really depends on what your time of use will be but that is my only complaint.

These are junk. They started acting up the week after the 15 day return period expired. I did buy them refurbished but it shouldnt matter. The volume goes up and down on its own every 20 seconds or so. Tried numerous trouble shooting techniques and nothing works. My $50 JBs worked way better!!!!

Not a good look Samsung they hurt and fall out to fast

Pros: Sound seems to be good, and once you figure out the Samsung wearable app, it controls the noise cancellation, etc, pretty well. Cons: It's missing the true "multi-point" connection capabilities. In my opinion that has to be a MUST in any "PRO" level earbuds. Jabra Elites have had this feature for years. Some other minor issues include somewhat clumsy fitting into the case (they should "fall-in" their spot, and instead, you have to fumble them into place). Also, the case should be easy opened with one hand. In my experience, opening with one hand is not easy at best. I ended up using both hands mostly. Both of these points are done nicely by Pixel Buds A-Series, which are not even "Pro" level.
