Although refurbished, these earbuds has an awesome sound quality. So far, I am enjoying them and hope they last for a while.

Easy to use and the buds do not hurt me ears when using. Good quality, always liked Samsung products. Just wish I could connect them with my sound bar.

Bought it for my gf for Christmas thought it would be a nice gift but they fall out if u working out or jogging and easy to lose them so 3 stars out of 5

Bought on sale for several months back and didn't realize that these particular buds were a refurbished pair. Was not informed of that until after purchase was made.

Bought refurbished, Although website says includes cable and ear tips it came in a ziplock bag just the headphones and case. No eartips and no charger at all.

They sound good,but i am returning mine im getting a popping sound every once in a while in the left ear bud,mine are refurbished so maybe i just got a defective pair.Maybe if they were new id be good

I love the quality of the galaxy buds. They block out the noise that's on my end and others are able to hear me well.

The buds are fantastic, but Beat Buy may want to use a different delivery service than USPS. They delayed my delivery by 2 weeks.

missing 1 set of ear tips, had to buy another set for it to fit right. they seems to work ok, but they slips out often ,still not my preferred ear buds to use

Everything that made the Galaxy Buds and Galaxy Buds 2 great is gone. These fall out of my ear regardless of what I do to jam it in my ear. Noise cancellation sucks

Well first of all, I have to say, sometimes buying refurbished is hit or miss but this time it was a hit! I recently went full android with a Note 20 Ultra so I figured Samsung's stuff gotta play with their other stuff, and boy was I right! These buds Soundstage is awesome! I'd tried the airpod pros and found they didn't have the volume I needed for working out, but these do and I love the controls which touch sensitive, but can be switched off as needed. Love the EQ presets and for the first time I had to go with the large eartips to get the best comfort and sound! Overall highly recommended!

Decent sound quality and features, works best with Samsung phones (otherwise not all features will be available to you).

These things are amazing! Perfect!! They synced right up with my new S22 Ultra they both work flawlessly together! Love love love it!!

Arrived beat up, missing ear tops, and dirty with crums/I don't even want to know what. Will be returning and not buying referbished from bestbuy again.

Im giving them 5 stars because they do function perfectly. Just like if they were new. But a little part of me wanted to dock a star because there was still nasty ear wax in the charging case. I was quickly able to correct this nasty issue with a couple of q-tips and rubbing alcohol. And fortunately it appeared that the box of rubber cups were new. But i wiped everything down with alcohol just to be safe.

These are excellent ear buds. For being refurbished I wasn't expecting them to be like brand new and they were!
