    The earbuds themselves are a bit hard to get comfortable with but this rating is for the refurbishing. They did a great job at cleaning these earbuds and they practically look brand new. They also included a new cable and eartips. The earbuds haven't given me any problems since purchase about a month ago.

    To paraphrase the user manual they are waterproof as long as you don't get them wet and the charging contacts are made of a material that may rust. The sound quality is Ok, but they popped out of my ear when exercising on an elliptical. I hear little difference between noise canceling and ambient listening modes. The touch surfaces are really sensitive. Bought them for exercising, using them sitting in my arm chair listening to classical music.

    These were just okay but I was expecting a lot more from Samsung's "Pro" buds. If you have a Samsung phone, these are fine but AirPods are still King of the wireless headphone market. Multiple people mentioned on calls that my voice sounded muddled and not great quality. I will note that this was a Refurbished item. Despite a slightly banged up box, it looked brand new.

    Spontaneously, the volume in the ear muffles. It's "fixed" with a tap. I haven't figured out why this happens yet.

    Ths charging case doesn't charge itself and fully charged buds work only for about two hours. It take more than 4 hours to fully charge the galaxy buds and totally it has been a disaster shopping. This is from day one , and the fact that I was outside of the country didn't enable me to exchange it , well I took the seal of approval from Best buy literally.
