I'm glad I didn't pay full price because these are no better than my pixel buds+, other it's less easy to accidentally hit the buttons. They worked fine for listening but were defective when on calls. People i talked to kept saying i sounded like i waa underwater or holding the phone under a blacket "muffled".

By the time I realized the 2-weeks return window has elapsed. This is not up to one month I bought the earpod but the battery doesn’t last. What a dishonesty. I just wasted my money on a bad product.

I was afraid it wouldnt fit well based on the reviews but it actually fits me just fine. I did have issue with the first one where the case wouldnt hold charge, but they sent me a replacement one which works fine. So im happy.

Do not buy refurbished. You will suffer.

I have ordered them twice, but both times I never got ear tips. I have returned them both. And experienced very bad experience with the customer service team too, since the package was lost by the shipping company and BB team was not ready to reship or cancel the order.

Blue tooth range is awesome and pairs effortlessly and automatically to my iPhone. Stays in place when in Gym and not too troublesome to my ears when I fall asleep on them.
