    You should not buy it. I returned it because the other side can hear echo noises while on the phone call using both buds. Someone returned before me as well. Buy new one. I like Galaxy buds pro too much. I lost my old Galaxy buds pro that is why I tried to save some money and bought opened box. Don't Wasting time Buy New.

    I purchased three pairs and all three had issues. One set wouldn't even turn on. I returned them all and bought a new pair. Five stars for the new version! I am all for saving money, but pass on this refurbished version.

    After having to attempt getting this product 3 times over a month, I'll be returning this product. The two times the product actually arrived at my door it came with missing parts, the rubber ear tips. This made the product completely unusable.

    Pretty disappointed. I recognize this is a refurbished product, but I expected it to at least arrive usable out of the box. The product came without any ear bud tips or the charger. Returning it ASAP and will likely just buy new from somewhere else.
