The product was not good. It had issues with white noise. On turning on ANC, white noise would start. Not sure if the product itslelf had issues or if it was of refurbished product. Also the sound quality was not that great. Had to return it.

Samsung Earbuds are the only ones that fit in my ears correctly and I love that! Unfortunately, people tell me all the time that I go in and out :( Although, when listening to music they are fabulous!

I bought them with hesitation. Buying something that possible could have been in someone's ears kind of scared me but they came clean, and everything was in the box.

My buds came without any eartips in them and the box came without a charger. not to mention the package was banged up bad so I'm not sure if the buds will even work properly since I have no eartips to test them.

Samsung Certified I wasn't sure if I wanted to buy them due to it being a Refurbished but I'm glad I did I haven't had any problems and don't expect any.

The touch controls double tap and hold only work once in awhile. This device is either defective or buds are just garbage in general. Going to try a different brand but the touch controls on this is a horrible first experience

Very disappointed. I've purchased refurbished items from BestBuy in the past and they are usually great. These earbuds wouldn't even connect with my phone. They were fully charged and my phone could detect it, but wouldn't connect. They are apparently reselling these items without actually "refurbishing" aka fixing, cleaning, making them new. It's very poor work on BestBuy's part when they can't even stand by their "Geek Squad certification".

I tried to return them immediately and you did not offer a solution other than that i eat the full cost of the headphones so I'm not shopping here any longer

Awful... When i got the buds everything looked like it worked just fine but the problem is that the case doesnt charge at all! somehow the earbuds still get battery life but not the case at all

Not sure if it was bc they were refurbished or what, but these were complete garbage. They lasted 3 hrs at max charge. And thatbwas with all extra functions turned off. Theybwere promply returned.

Bought a refurbished unit. was missing the buds and the ear phone was caked with earwax.

These are awful. Very heavy and won't stay in my ears and with a full charge they last about 30 minutes.

Work great. Purchased mainly for the charging case for my son. I ended up finding just a case in ebay and took over the ear buds.

Ear irritation, touch instead of haptic input, commjnication issues. These headphones are everything wrong with samsung's approach to innovation. Absolute trash...which is where they're going.

These worked exactly as expected. No difference between these and new in my opinion. Seamless dual (Samsung) device connection.

Very disappointed No better sound than my $20 headband and won't play all the way through the night. I need them for sleep therapy and they only play about 4-5 hrs and cut off. I may just return them

Geek squad certified refurb came defective. Left side is dead and won’t charge only right side works. Returning. Looks good.

Returned them, they didn't come with the size adjustment pieces as listed. Easy to get started and good sound.

Left earbud distance sensor stopped working after 1 month of use, so no more active noise cancelling and ambient sound
