    No Ear Tips Included

    Purchased these "Geek Squad Certified Refurbished" Galaxy Buds Pro. Regardless what the web page states NO EAR TIPS are included. The buds and case looked great, without the ear tips are totally useless. They have no bass and fall out of the ear easily. USELESS! Best Buy rep arranged to have replacement shipped to local BB store so I could inspect. Great solution except I then get an email they can not ship to the store. So I had replacements shipped to residence and they also had no ear tips even though the web description for the "Geek Squad Certified Refurbished" Galaxy Buds Pro, clearly states three set of tips are included. Geek Certified is a laugh.

    When I bought them I expected all their complete items to come, but no, the ear tips were missing, their instructions for use did not come either

    I bought these with high hopes they would last me another 3 years like my other tru wireless buds. I was excited to see the package was dropped off 10 mins before i had to leave for my walk fo work, i cleaned them, set them up and walked 17 mins to work. I felt a itching in my ear and noticed it got worse. Then i didnt think much of it, so i put them into my ears for anothwr 17 mins. I wore these earbuds for 34 minutes and they caused my ears to get infected, now i cant wear my hearing aids at work till it clears. There was no warning that the material has changed. I'm apparently not the only one.

    The buds that I received were dirty, worn and just plain gross. They we likely used for a few months and returned. I contacted Best buy customer service and they really didn't care to make it right since the "refurbished" item was out of stock online. I was told to take it to a local store since Best buy would never sell something in that condition. The store didn't care much either. They offered to do an exchange for the full price item, I just had to pay the $140.00+ difference. I simply returned them and went on my way.

    It is completely unacceptable, the product came missing all the ear tips so it is unusable. No product checks from Best Buy at all.

    I was excited when I ordered them, but they arrived without any eargels, not even one. There's no way to get them to fit without the eargels. That means I'm going to have to return them.

    i order these refurbished and when i recieved product at store they were missing the inserts that go into your ears was very disappointed

    They're cool looking ear buds I got them for the color but while doing work (moving around) they tend to fall out.

    Silicone pieces did not fit my ear. Was not original pieces. Even tho it stated all original packaging. Headphones works good but will not stay in my ear because of the Silicone pieces

    Over all ok, they go in and out the base only works half the time. I didn't return them in time. I didn't open them for quite a while after I bought them .

    So, here's the problem. I ordered these Samsung earbuds, very excited to get such a great deal. They arrived poorly packaged, and minus the 3 sizes of ear cushions which make it possible to use them at all. I double checked the description, twice, the ear cushions were supposed to be included. Am returning as defective. Very disappointed with Geek Squad for certifying a product that is unusable. I cannot review the product, since it was missing parts.

    One was broken. It was missing the top piece. The other one did connect and fast but who only wants one bud
