    So i took a chance and it did NOT pay off. Geek Squad Refurbished means nothing. Headphones came dirty, the seal was broken as if it was return that never bothered to check, and there was missing pieces. Please do yourself a favor and just buy new ones.

    Bought at a good price then I noticed that there was a crackling noise in the left earbud.

    They work great when im sitting still but when im mowing they keep.cutting in and out. Not impressed

    These are NOT referbushed

    Referbushed means they take the guts on the inside and put them in new casing. These came scratched. There was dirt in the case and has nick in the plastic. They’re clearly used. I doubt the batteries were replaced. Ill be returning them. Honestly disgusted with bestbuy

    The refurbished head phones came today and the first thing I noticed was the ear wax in the rubber tips. Thats gross. Now I have to make an unnecessary trip to pick up new tips. Quality control at best buy is going way down if they think this is acceptable.

    I will never buy a refurbished item again had only one set of ear buds tip I should have follower my first mind was very disappointed so I thought I had missed place my earbuds but I found them, please don’t waste your money

    They sound great. Have a good amount of base. Are a good upgrade to my buds +. One drawback is they dont stay in my ears as well as my buds+ do. Battery life is also a bit shorter then the buds+.It was disappointing to find that the buds pro arrived with no ear tips rendering them usless at the time. Went through my old wired stuff and found something that would work for the time being. Assumed that I could drop by the store and get replacements for the one's that didn't come with the package. It was the first time i was disappointed in the customer service as they asked what I payed and remarked for that price i could afford to purchase some. Even if I took that option they didn't have any at the store. So the folks definitely dropped the ball in this case and why one wouldn't be able to expect a complete device so that it could be used right out of the box is beyond me.

    Received missing a pair of earbud tips AND most alarming: RECEIVED WITH EAR WAX STILL CAKED ON TO THE CREVICES OF THE ACTUAL EARBUDS. Absolutely disgusting nad substandard quality control.

    I was so excited to try these out, received as a gift. BIG disappointment. They don't work properly and its past the 15 day return. On the phone with Samsung.....
