Worked great then case would not charge and ear buds would work and they did sound good when working. I'll give best buy a chance to make it right

Missing pieces

Im on my second one after the first refurbished didn't have everything thay was supposed to come with it. Same with the second pair now I'll be going back after Christmas to return again.
