These are a better fit way more comfortable than the Samsung Galaxy earbuds 2. Excellent sound. Easy to pair. My husband loves them.

I love these earbuds. I wish they would've came with better instructions being refurbished though. Either way it was a good deal and I'm happy with them.

They sound great and were in excellent condition. I was hesitant because they were Geek Squad Certified Refurbished but no problems on my end.

Headphones sound great. But the in ear sensors don't work. So that's a little disappointing but not worth fighting a return over. One star deducted for that and the other was when I did my in store pick up. When the lady pulled them from the shelf they weren't taped closed so the whole bottom of the box fell out and the headphones and case went flying. She didn't even apologize for dropping my item. Just criticized geek squad. Little to no intention of ordering refurbisher item from Best Buy after this.

The sound quality and fit is good. Sometimes they loosen from my ear, but a quick push and they are back in place. I can wear them for long periods and not feel bothered. The connection to your phone is instant.

These buds are amazing. Sound quality is good. I got an A refurbished product as it looks like new and no scratches at all.

I am in the Samsung ecosystem and own a S21 Ultra, Galaxy Watch and a Galaxy Book Pro (that I am returning). I bought these to replace my older Jabra Elita Active 65T that I had since 2018. The sound quality was not noticeably better than the Jabra's. These also fell out of my ear a lot and when they weren't falling out they gave me the constant feeling that they were about to. If you are going to get a newer pair of headphones I recommend one that can support Dolby Atmos (like the galaxy pros). If you are on a budget, I would find a sale on the Jabra 65T's - the refurbished ones often go on sale for cheaper than this.

Overall great sound, features, and comfortability. I also own the new galaxy buds 2 and these are right on par with those buds.

I previously owned a pair of the Samsung Galaxy True ear buds and loved them, so I was hesitant about ordering the Pros, but I love them. The sound quality is excellent. I no longer get complaints about sounding far away from the phone or unclear. I couldn't tell the difference between the refurbished pair and a new pair besides the used box. The only con is the fit. They often slip and there is no additional pieces to create a perfect for like the original True buds. Highly recommend!

They come in a non-descript box with the accessories needed. No visible issues with appearance. They are clean and sound great. They will sync up with your phone through the Galaxy Wear app. Water resistant and overall happy with the refurbished product. If you are hesitant to buy them because of that reason, don't be. There are a lot worse earbuds you can buy for 84.99. these are worth a lot more and sound like it.

These earbuds have fantastic sound, when inevitably compared to the AirPods Pro. Noise cancellation is decent, but I still given the AirPods an edge. Likewise with transparency mode where these sound just a tad less realistic. Build quality is OK, but they do feel a touch janky when putting back into the case. Features are good, and they integrate with Android phones very well. Overall, if you can snag for a good price, you get a lot for the money.

Wanted to love these earbuds but have one issue that bugs me. Noise cancelling keeps turning on and mutes the sound whenever I take a deep breath. Not sure if this is a symptom of being refurbished or the way these earbuds are supposed to operate. Only pair of earbuds I have purchased that act this way. Took to long to open and use so couldn't return. Great fit and great quality and great sound. Only con is that they mute sound when I take a deep breath while working out. Love the color.

Was worried due to reading reviews, but these headphones are great. Opened the box and they looked brand new. No ear wax or anything that others complained about. Maybe I got lucky. No dings or scratches. Nice and shiny. Paired to all of my devices within a few minutes. Very crisp audio and the app has great customization settings. Very happy. Especially with the price. Fantastic!

I like the ear buds, but I wish they fit better in my ears. They fall out at least once everytime I use them, and i have the smallest ear piece on them.

I tried, they hurt my ears and won't stay in. I read all kinds of reviews and I really wanted them to work, I really did, I even purchased some memory foam tips and that were recommended on some YouTube vids I watched but even after a few minutes they still hut my ears....they stayed in better for sure but didn't hurt less. The sound quality was AMAZING!! The noise cancelation was AMAZING! I guess my ear shape just isn't meant for these ear buds, I will be sadly returning these.
