Great sounds but sometimes difficult to keep in ear. It's not as secure as one may think.

Great quality. Sounds great. Nice bass amd a long battery life

Specific to the refurbished unit I received, some of the silicone tips were missing. There should have been two each of small, medium, and large sizes but there was only one each of the small and large. I was able to use some tips from another earbud set to try these, so here's the rest of the review. PRO's: 1) Pairing with Samsung phone was easy. 2) Sound quality of music was good. 3) Adjustment for passing through ambient sound was good. CON's: 1) Odd shape was uncomfortable to me. They did not reach far enough into MY ear canal to provide adequate sound quality or noise isolation. Bass was weak unless I forcibly pushed them deeper into ear canal. 2) No volume control on the buds themselves; you can only adjust volume on the phone. Conclusion: These did not fit my ears very well, so I'm returning them. If they fit your ears well you may have a better experience. If they fit my ears better they would have been a keeper at the refurbished price. Thankful to Best Buy for having a good return policy so that I can return and see if there's another set that will fit my ears better.

Got these on a Deal of the Day and are worth every penny. These pros sound clean and clear with bass that is smooth and deep in some song with robust lows. I've run with these on and they stay put and feel super comfortable. Calls sound like HD crisp and clear, I can even use just one bud too and connecting to bluetooth is seamless.

Conveniently small and last the longest I've had in terms of bluetooth headphones. I'm not big on the ambient noise option however I did try it out and I have to say theyre clear as you can pretty much hear everything (music off mind you). They're overall design however may hurt your ears, I have a habit of cramming them into my ears and usually that doesn't help with the way they're molded.

Seem to work very well but I am a bit disappointed that they are missing the medium ear tips. I figured this could be a gamble as some buyers seem to get all three sizes and others don't. Love the softening feature when it detects me talking...thats so useful if someone approaches me needing something.

These are easily one of my favorite ear buds and thats says a lot, i have quite a few. The bass, mids and treble allow for really great reproduction of sound, so if you love music like i do, its a no brainer. Call quality is there too, I take a lot of calls around busy (noisy) environments work/family/live games, so that old commercial "Can you hear me now...?", calls are great. The app could use some common sense changes but the buds make it less of a punch in the arm. For instance, the IPX7 rating, that alone makes it fun to use out in the rain enjoying some tunes and a beautiful day, while people are just staring at the ear buds. My daughter was one of those people, while hearing music, enjoying the scenery, i could still hear her being impressed using the ambient sound mode. Only con - they dont fit my wifes baby ears. So they may not fit everyone fyi.

Trying to get use to wearing, seems a little bulky compared to my previous ones overall the sound is pretty good. didn't like the setting that picks up when your talking keep cutting down everytime I said something...

The charge last long. Sound is great. Now if I could keep them in my ear.

These buds have good quality for listening to music, ads or talking on the phone. The only bad thing is they do not stay in your ears so I'm constantly making sure mine is still there and a few times I've moved and it fell out of my ear into my salad bowl!! The look is terrific, but no running or walking in them.

I'm an iPhone guy and I've owned quite a few different sets of earbuds over the years. Some good, some bad. I've had Beats. I've had Airpods. I've had Jabra's. They were all really good earbuds but when I bought a refurb pair of these Galaxy Buds Pros 6 months ago, they immediately became my go-to/everyday earbuds. They have equal quality ANC to the Airpods but with better Hearthrough sound. The only issue with them, if you're an iPhone guy, is that you have to set them up using a Windows computer to the specific settings that you prefer. Once that is done, you will have those settings on your earbuds permanently, or until you use the computer again to change them. That isn't a problem in the long run, just a minor headache at the very beginning. I love them. I'm buying a 2nd pair because my Jabra's just croaked on me.

The battery is longer and the sound also really good thats is small and fix with my ears and i can sleep with this earbub the price is cheap and good quality

So far so good, I can hear from them and use them on phone calls. They were a little dirty, but I cleaned them. Its a good thing I bought some foam tips, because they came without any ear tips. I get they're refurbished, but what would ot cost to send them at least with one set of ear tips, so they can be used.

Ear buds have good sound good design the fit needs some to work but overall good product

I LOVE LOVE LOVED these buds... They work seamlessly with the rest of my devices.. samsung or otherwise. : ) PLUS! Its really cool how easily they are able to be found when lost. I lost them both in a grassy field on the 4th of july and using the find app was able to locate them one at a time, left and right separately with low or no battery. AMAZING SOUND QUALITY too, of course. : )

When I got these I was skeptical of getting refurbished headphones but it was to good a deal to pass up. These headphone look brand new and work like new as well. The box had everything it was supposed to have in it. Could not have asked for better headphones at a cheaper price.

I tried three different pods with my Samsung S8 phone (which I love) and none would pair correctly. Some would not pair at all, others had louse sound no matter what I did. These work perfectly! They paired almost automatically and even downloaded the app that works with them automatically. The sound is rich and they work great! I would have given 5 stars but for one little glitch, which is major. Out of the box, these pods did not have enough volume. I tried many little fiddles and could not raise the volume of the pods (phone volume turned all the was up). I finally found, on the app, a special setting in "labs.' There you can set to raise and lower volume with double taps on the edge. That worked! These "refurbs" were definitely open-box, but they were clean and work fine. Happy camper!

Love them! Use them almost daily and only need to charge weekly. Great sound. Only issue I have is that it switches to Ambient noise when I get a phone call. Software issue to protect me I guess.

It’s is a tilt better than my kidney bean one. Fuller sound - fuller bass - crisper bass and adjustable everything with the app!!! I give it four only because I can’t get the volume I desire (without using another app).
