I will start by saying this is the 4th pair of Samsung Buds I've purchased. I loved my first pair of Samsung Buds so much I bought my husband a pair for his birthday. I purchased this pair to act as a back up to my other Samsung Buds. I wish I would've read the other reviews before purchasing. I can say that you should buy these new. I received the buds pretty quickly. They were not in the original box which was fine for being refurbished I guess. It really looked like they just slammed the cord in the box. The box that the cord was in was open, and the ear buds were not cleaned that well. I will be returning and purchasing something else.

This item is very good. I love the case. Battery life is amazing.

Excellent sound. But has a tendency to not stay secure in my ear. Somewhat touchy to operate.

Work great. Battery lasts a long time and stay in my ears quite well, which is rare for bud style headphones.

Man, these are great. I was skeptical about buying them refurbished but besides the box(which was not looking great), they looked really good. Having used these for a few months and comparing them to the buds+ and regular buds... battery life is much better, sound is a bit better and they look a lot better imo.

Sound is real good, but they're not very comfortable. Also, if you don't get a good seal in your ear, forget about the noise cancelling.

Absolutely love these buds. Glad I picked them up when I did, great addition for Galaxy users.

Amazing sound! And the Ambient mode is super clean. Overall with the Refurbished price this is the best earbuds for the price! Hands down.

I have to give these Ear bud pro a 5 out of 5, bc how comfortable, added features these aew my favorite by far, keep up the great work Samsung!

They don't stay in ear. They constantly fall and hurt when you push them in your ear. Sounds isn't the best.

This was a great value for the money. Sound is good and they connected to iphone with no problem

Was concerned about getting refurbished model but these sound great and the noise cancellation definitely does it's job.

sounds great, tried lots of other brands, these are first with plenty of deep sound. not tinny at all.

They worked very well and the battery life is really good

I purchased these with some history with Samsung. I've had the regular buds and the Buds+. I couldn't resist taking advantage on the deal of the day, where these were a fantastic deal. I've used them 6 or 7 times at the gym and once for general conversation. The fit is nice and comfortable in my ears. The sounds is a nice improvement of the previous iterations. It didn't completely block out all noise, but I found it to be quite suitable for my purposes. The ambient sounds adds another dimension. I. Completely satisfied with these.

Work awesome but they don’t connect to the Apple Watch but they are louder than the beats buds

Love them. Comfortable fit. Long battery life. Glad I purchased them.

listening to them now and love them, abit better then old ones , the phone app, is handy to see batter level with out opening gear.

Best Buds I have ever owned! If something happens to these I will have some more ordered within the hour!
