I have the 1st gen buds and upgraded to these. Overall you can hear the better quality. Mine auto turn on the ambent sound. Not sure if it a setting or not. But you get used to it.

Decently priced. Product came with buds in box. No additional packaging. It was missing silicon tips, so needed to be purchased separately. Noise reduction is excellent.

Even thought these are "Geek Squad certified" they will not be covered under any warranty even if you have a Total tech membership. I was told to contact customer support and after 10 days, a couple of phone calls from me to costumer care, I was essential told they will not rectifier this matter even though they can not explain why no warranty was added under my TOTAL TECH account. So, if you are buying these expecting to have warranty, just know you will not. I bought these right headphone eventually stopped working altogether, it would connect and but not produce any sound. The case also, stopped charging, it just blinks red when you try to charge it wireless or wired. This has been a horrible experience to deal with amplified with best buy customer support proving to be inept when it come to this product. Just save yourself the hassle wait for a sale on the new ones and get yourself a warranty so you don't just have a broken set of headphones in a year with nothing to show for it.

The speaker is broken and blown out whe. The battery starts to get midway down. Its been like that way since the day they were delivered.

The sound and quality are pretty good, even though the fitting is not so good.

Pro: I love the color, the sound and style Cons: I can't update on my IOS and it's always falling off my ear.

Such a great product! Samsung has some room to improve in areas (mainly securing the buds in ear even during high activity), but otherwise a solid product!

These are the ones! I had a pair that was stolen, and decided to repurchase the refurbished ones, and the sound qualities are the same. Saved by the bell bestbuy.

Bought a second pair of these after the initial ones I bought for myself worked so well. I was pleasantly surprised given the reviews.

Excellent ear buds. I had some problems with a different brand pairing consistently with my Samsung phone, but these work perfectly. The app works well, and is easy to use.

Ok I'm just gonna say galaxy headphones are the best

I purchased these buds and was a bit worried of how they will stay on. Airpods are not a good fit for my ears but these were. Have been using them every day.

Have good sound. They fit well in my ears and are comfortable. I like the case they came in and cavusevit to charege them up.

Great sound, good quality material, unfortunately it would not stay in my ears when working out.

Good sound quality alittle uncomfortable at first disappointed on the ear cushions no medium battery life is about 5 hrs

Don't get refurbished. 30 days in they stopped charging no matter what I did. Ran through every trouble shooting step. I'm just SOL. Trash. Don't trust this particular model refurbed. I'm guessing they got sent in for this exact malfunction. Side note, got a galaxy buds 2 pro new and they were pretty amazing and reliable. So like the product just not the refurb.
