These buds sound great, the noise cancling is fantastic but the fit in my ear was lack luster, they would come loose out of my ear after a bit, obviously the fit is different for everyone. But other than the fit these are fantastic.

I have a major issue with these, in terms of the refurbishment. When I received these the additional ear pieces were definitely used because they had small hairs still on them from the previous use. This disgusted me, and I would have returned but wanted them for a trip I was taking. As for the product itself. The active noise cancelling works really well. They sound good, and I have received no complaints when using them to talk for phone calls. The touch controlls on the buds do not work well, and I have this paired with an Samsung S20, so I thought the interaction would be better. They fit well and I don't have an issue with wearing them for long durations (1hr+).

The best buds on the market. If you have these, there's no need to upgrade to the latest ones. Maybe not until 3-4 years. These guys last a whole lot! I'm a barber and I use them at the beginning of my day (9AM) and they die around (3-4 PM). They deliver great sound and awesome features as well. They charge super fast too. I put em in their case and leave them on my wireless charger and they're ready in 30-40 min.

I recently switched to Android and was looking to an option to Apple AirPods. The sound is great, good bass and good noise cancelation. My only wish it's the fit. It's kind of difficult to place them in place and feel secure. But when you conquerer that you will be really happy! : ) i read some reviews that people changed the ears top for a better fit. I'll need to try that. Just got a software update installed recently. Overall they are very nice!

Excellent sounding ear buds. Not quite as comfortable a fit for my ears as the Galaxy Buds Live headphones but I still love them.

Sounds good. Only 2 negative was the standard silicone tips are cheap and the battery life could be better. Easy fix for tips was just buy better quality. Battery life well thats why it has the charger box.

Great fit and sound. Very pleased the app works as soon as you sync and they allow for great listening as well as speaking. I went through several cheaper bud sets before spending for these but wish I had started with these. Quality is much higher than the cheaper ones and syncing with the phone is awesome. I bought the wife a new set and these were refurb but didn't see any difference so the price savings was awesome. These fit me great but my wife would prefer a different fit especially for running.

Product works well as described. I only struggle with it staying in my ear sometimes. The clarity is great, but callers are able to hear background noises. I wish it came with instructions.

Love my buds. Noise cancelation is great sound is good. Cons: sometimes people can't hear me, and sometimes they pop right out of my ear. The case charges buds without being plugged in. Have trouble connecting to my work phone which is an iphone

These Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro are fantastic! The sound and fit are perfect for walks, runs, and gym sessions. The buds paired easily to my Samsung phone and the app is an excellent companion to make the earbuds a breeze to customize. I personally swapped out the ear tips for a better fit. The only reason i did not rate it 5 stars is because the voice controls are a bit too sensitive and pause songs because it thinks you are giving a command. You have the ability to turn the voice command on and off with the app. I'm very pleased with my purchase and it's a better upgrade over my old earbuds.

some minor things here and there. but overall they work great, seem to last, they get used a lot and around construction areas. In my opinion more comfortable than air pods and sound way better.

Great sound quality and nice form factor. Comfortable with good ANC. I like them a lot. Would probably be even better if I was in the Samsung environment but works pretty well with iPhone MacBook and iPad - some features unavailable without Samsung phone but works great with the S8 Ultra tablet. Better sound quality that airpod pros but not as good as Sony. Connects to devices better than Sony in ear headphones.

Great sound quality. However the bud keeps falling off. For that, I'd prefer the Galaxy Buds Live

Great sound and a nice upgrade from the solid Galaxy Buds that I upgraded from. I have noticed that it is a little easier for the Buds Pro to slide out of my ears.

I bought refurbished after loosing one of my original earbuds. These are as good as the new ones and just as hard for me to keep in my ears. I would buy refurbished again.

Very good product. Love the sound quality. Only issue is it slips out on too much physical movement

Volume controls on earbuds, yeah! Cons: ====== 1. The fit is horrid 2. There are no tips of the right size for the buds to stay put in my ears. 3. I spend more time fiddling with them to stay in my ears than I do just trying to enjoy the excellent sound quality they produce.

I have gotten refurbished earbuds from Best Buy before without issue so I decided to try again. This time one ear wasnt working so i had to return it. The sound in the working ear was great though. I still give 4 stars because Best Buy made the return so easy and everyone that helped me was super nice. I do plan to buy refurbished items again in the future.

Best ear buds I have ever owned sound-wise. The fit just simply didnt work for me. I had to order some comply foam tips specifically designed for these ear buds. After I did that they are perfect. Look great, fit good, sound amazing, holds a good charge. Buy refurbished to save some money! You wont regret it. Just make sure to pick up some foam ear tips if the stock ones dont you.
