Thought I would try refurbised..but when I recieved the earbuds.. the small ear tips were missing and the left earbud did not work.. I did like the ease of them syncing with my Galaxy phone..the sound quality on the one that workes was good..since the left one didnt work i gave 2 stars on sound quality..I have returned them and just ordered new ones. Not refurbished.

My issues were hanging up on calls, I tried to push the buds back in and it would hang up the call. The buds are touch sensitive which means if they are falling our while youre on a call, more than likely, you will end the call trying to push the buds back in.
