Great earbuds, they stay in your ear really well. Sound good and for being refurbished they are in great condition.

I was hesitant to purchase refurb'd earbuds. These are great! So far, the sound is nice and can't hear any issues. Arrived clean, quickly and no noticeable issues. Color is beautiful. It's only been a few days, but I have confidence that these will be just fine. Please note that you can't purchase the Geek Squad plan for refurbished earbuds, at least as of this writing. Definitely put them through their paces so you can decide. Overall, I would say BB does a good job of checking, from my experience.

Love the quality, sound, and ease of use. Sometimes the buttons are a little sensitive but overall they are excellent!

Frankly, Samsung ear buds are just like other Samsung products -- good but not excellent -- which is ok but they want premium price for them. So I rarely buy any Samsung products unless they are heavily discounted. I took a chance with the refurbished item and find it performing like a brand new one. The sound quality is ok. The app is a plus, it would work better with Samsung phone owners. It is not loud enough and does not have active noise cancelling, so I can't wear them when I work out. Compared with my other ear buds, this pair seem to have the best built quality. The connection is always trouble free too. No ANC, shorter battery life are the downside.

For front refurbished they are very good. The only thing is they start to fall out when working out for me.

These earbuds just aren't loud enough. Plain and simple. The wired earbuds that came with the S10+ were what I was hoping these wireless earbuds would deliver in terms of volume and quality. Sound quality is barely a step up from them. I've done the tutorial on how to raise the earbud volume independent from the phones volume system for Bluetooth devices and they still don't hold a candle to even a cheap $40 pair of wireless earbuds I compared these to. Forget about taking a call in an environment with moderate noise, at best. The volumes maxed and it's hard to hear people. Do some research on comparable earbuds before buying these. I expected more from a company like Samsung.
