The box is definitely not perfect but the buds are the main priority here, the case and the buds were just like new and i had no problem with it. Good deal.

I use these while I'm on the job at work so I can talk on the phone or listen to music without a wire getting in the way. Haven't had any problems. The sound is clear and the wireless charging is great!

I can't believe I have blue earbuds that match my luggage set! These are amazing and they stay in your ears while you do everything, like running, walking, working, biking, exercising, etc.

I bought them for gym and I love it! Will buy more for friends and family. Easy to manage when you need to answer to phone call. Long battery life which is very important.

I purchased two sets of these so I could give a set to my girl. We both use them all the time and they're great. I had previously been using a different brand of Bluetooth earbuds but these are much better. One really cool feature is that you can set the case on a wireless charger and the case charges. I didn't realize this at first and I use that all the time now. The only thing I need to get used to (compared to my previous earbuds) is how sensitive the touch surfaces are on these. I accidentally start/stop playing when I try to adjust the earbuds because the touch surfaces are very sensitive. Getting used to that and loving these earbuds.

One of the best sounding headphones on the market today they really can compete against those higher price brands, feel comfortable. If only they were noise cancellation, so heads up they aren’t.

These are hands down the best ear buds at this price point. I’ve tried them all and nothing compares to the sound quality, features, feel and functionality. If you are looking for a pair of light weight “set and forget” ear buds look no further. If you enjoy music while you work out grab a pair. I run, bike and use in the sauna at the gym and I never worry about these falling out. The seal tight in your ear and deliver amazing sound. I generally don’t use noise canceling but if you need it they have it. Long charge and a slim case.

The only earbuds ive had from anybody including samsung that stay in you're ear while working. Sad they don't make them anymore.

Great audio great response a slight touch and the earbuds react bass is on point phone calls are clear and crisp background noise is silenced in all very good headphones

I want to start with some good points, Product sound quality and features are awesome. I bought it on Nov 17, 2020 and I enjoyed it until after two days right ear bud suddenly start giving very low volume. I tried resetting it but nothing happened. I loved this product but one incident and that too with volume really upset me from this. I wish Bestbuy could help me with this.

After purchasing this Galaxy Buds,They're amazing i love it alot,they play really loud very good bass etc I recommend this product to everyone.

I received the "Geek Squad Certified Refurbished" Galaxy Buds+ via UPS. They are working great. However, the normal (medium) sized ear tips were missing so the fit is a bit off. I contacted support to see if they could send the medium ear tips. I was told my only option was to return them if I needed the medium ear tips. These are basically open box returns. I'm not sure how they can be "Certified" for anything. I also purchased a "Certified" Macbook Air a couple of years ago. It worked great as long as it was plugged in, but immediately failed when unplugged.

Samsung did an amazing job with these Bluetooth headphones . The sound quality is great. I have no issues making calls or listening to podcasts. Would highly recommend. 0

I was reluctant to purchase items that are refurbished, but this was worth it. The price made the difference for me. I have had no problems with it. Great sound quality!

For the most part, the buds are great and were easy to use and set up. The touch controls were weird and limited out of the box, but you can change them and some EQ settings with the app. What I find annoying is that the app requires permissions to (practically) your entire phone. You can't pick and choose permissions either, it's all or nothing. You can, however, give the permissions, change the settings, and take the permissions away and the buds will 'remember' your settings.

Received this and they look brand new. All the components are included. Very pleased with the sound during calls and playing music. Works well on my samsung galaxy 20.

Great for the price. Item arrived in okay condition minus the box being beaten up a bit. The actual earbuds work perfectly fine and in clean condition.
