Purchased these because myself and other family members have them and all of us have been pleased with their performance. Unfortunately, these "refurbished" ones were garbage. They had a ton of wear, dirty, incomplete and one was dead on arrival (left side) and the right side sounded terrible. Just buy the new ones. Avoid the hassle and disappointment of getting something that doesn't work. I will say that Best Buy handled the return and exchange very well. I was in and out of one of their retail stores in just a few minutes.

I traded these in twice and I am going to end up completely giving up and returning them. The first time they were faulty, the second time they had someone else's ear wax all over them. GROSS. They just don't work as well as I thought they would.

Sometimes the sounds turn low for no reason...sad

these earbuds are not refurbished at all it seems they just repackage them and send them right back out. i tried twice first pair the case wouldnt charge the second wouldnt pair.

May update this review after I get help. These buds have been awesome up until about a week ago (10 months old)one side started dying only after a few hours. Need to see what my options are to repair or replace.

If I could put half a star I would. These came uninspected there was ear wax and all on them and for them saying refurbished you would think that meant they fixed what was wrong with them but that wasn't the case. Bad purchase on my end for thinking I was getting a sale and it ended up costing more time to get it replaced with a different brand of headphones. Your better off with the stock headphones that come with the galaxy s20.

Item was known to be refurbished, but at a good price, so I could not resist. However, the item echoed in the earbuds and all the appropriate parts were not included. Poor quality control. Item returned with no problem.

The buds+ are a good product. 3.5/5 stars because they just don't compare to the ease of use of airpods. However, the quality check for these devices are shoddy and poor at best. I went through 3 of these. 1 had a dead charging case in the box and the other 2 had the older version of buds inside. Wasted so much time that I bought new ones directly from Samsung. I don't typically have a whole lot of issues with open box items except for some joycons I purchased but that's a story for another day.

I had to return earbuds due to having a static/hissing nosie. I did buy them refurbished online- other than that I love that brand. Used the newer model earbuds, but they hurt my ears.

I only had these for 4 months and the sound has already gone out on both buds. I'm only recommending these for brand new, NOT refurbished!!! I learned my lesson!

The left bud quit working the day after the return period ended. I have tried to get it to connect and charge but nothing works. So very disappointed

I recieved these and one of the seemed quieter that the other so I thought it was a setting or something in my phone. No it wasn't it continued to get worse until it finally stopped working altogether. The other one has now stopped working as well a couple months ago. Also when I would put my phone in my pocket and not right next to the buds or in my hand while I was walking it would cut out and lose bluetooth connection. This never got better. So all in all these were the most expensive earphone I ever purchased and by far the worst ones. And I bought $5 sets before...

TERRIBLE. Zero stars. One bud doesn’t charge, the other is barely audible. Went to the store and not a single person could or would help. Very disappointed.

Both earbud speakers sound very distorted or possibly blown. Extremely disappointed. I just received them today and compared to my regular Galaxy Buds, these are garbage. I do NOT recommend buying geek squad refurbished. I will be returning these to the store tomorrow.. Hopefully that goes smoothly. Packaging looks like they are years old.

I received the item today but it was incomplete(missing 2 ear tips). But Bestbuy" said the item "sold as it". They don't send me back the missing parts.

The earbuds were missing tips and the right earbud was constantly buzzing.

Bad no volume bought refurbished so i don't know if it was geek squads fault or if the are that quiet off of the factory line

They worked well but as soon as I got it in the mail they had ear wax on them and I was very disappointed about how they came in so I returned them and got just a brand new ones

One of the ear buds didn't work. Also they didn't look that clean when opened up. Could of did a better job on cleaning them.

Samsung - Geek Squad Certified Refurbished Galaxy Buds+ True Wireless In-Ear Headphones - unfortunately, these had 2 issues. 1. The right ear was louder than the left ear. 2. when I turned on the ambient noise feature the earbuds made a static/humming sound. BB was very good about return. BTW - I purchased another pair of the same product. The new (also refurbished) earbuds are very nice.
