Nice earbuds coming clear connect great with any Galaxy product even with an iPad

Sound good they fall out sometime in one ear but pretty durable sometimes people can't hear me they say so not sure it just debris or what sometime better then others

i love this ones, sounds good and fits even better, im going to get an other pair.

I love the product but they dont last long. I have now bought two pairs of ear buds. The right ear always shorts out. Sound is great but wow I have to keep buying them.

They came with only 2 size ear tips (large and small) as opposed to 3. The sound quality is very good as well as the touch controls they do an excellent job

I was leery of these refurbished Geek Squad earbuds. But I'm so glad I didn't listen to the negative reviews. I use my Galaxy earbuds everyday. They stay charged for quite a while. If I'm out and about and I notice the battery is low I just put them back in the case for a little bit and they recharge like new. Great for listening to music,Ted talks speaking on the telephone.

I purchased these earbuds with the understanding the samsung app would work with iPhone, but I found that is not correct. I tried them just using typical bluetooth for about a week, but did not like how they felt in my ear and they kept falling out no matter what ear bud I used. The Buds would not charge in the case unless I removed the buds, which was kinda irritating also. Considering I could not adjust the sound like I was expecting along with the fit, and charging issue I returned them to Best Buy.

Could not tell a difference between the new pair of Buds I bought a week earlier and this refurbished pair. Not a blemish on them, equal volume in both buds, holds a charge good as new, and the ear tips are fine (albeit not original). I'm very impressed! Didn't know I needed Bluetooth headphones til I tried these. Returned the new pair, and kept the refurb. Five stars all day.

The only reason I did not rate this product a 5 is because the volume is not as I as I would like it to be at its maximum point. Other than that, it is a great product.

At first I was sceptical about buying refurbished items, but so far so good. I like how it fits perfect into my ears had to change the heads a few times to find the right, but it worked out great. I gave it a 4 star because of sound quality. Not enought bass, tho the sound is clear, but another thing was noise cancellation. Tho it keeps some of the noise out. You can sti hear around you. Again, they are pretty still good for the price and from watching other reviews they basically said the same.

Liked these earbuds as they provide good quality sound. The 'noise cancellation' feature is OK but not great. Been told the microphone picks up a lot of ambient noise (wind).

These refurbished products a seriously a crapshoot. I've purchased and returned two pairs over the past month (currently testing my third set) and all three came in varying condition with different issues. Because of this, I am doubtful that Geek Squad does any testing on these products before shipping out. As far as I can tell, the accessories aren't even swapped with new ones (ie, the cable). However contrary to some reviews, I believe I received the original tips for all three sets. At the very least, none of the tips came off in my ears and they all fit in the case just fine. So there's that. Two of the charging cables that I received appeared to be new. One was clearly used and came with what appears to be makeup/foundation stains (yes, weird, I know). Two charging cases came with scratches, white marks, and oil stains. The first set seemed to work ok, other than the fact that the battery did not last the advertised 13 hours (6 with the buds + 7 additional with the charging case). The second set was definitely faulty: the earbuds would not charge in the case unless the case was plugged in. The battery indicator light on the case was always on, and never turned off. I tried doing a hard reset with no luck. I'm glad I was able to return the buds without much hassle during the return window, but it would be better if they actually worked from the get go. I understand these are a refurbished product, but I feel like my expectations are realistic given that the items are supposed to be guaranteed and tested.

Great sound quality and excellent value for these ear buds. Easy to use.

If I was to review the earbuds I’d give them 5 stars. They came perfect in the box but one small problem. Best Buy included tips that can’t be left on when you try and charge them in that case. I had to go to amazon and order some replacements. Best Buy should do a better job sourcing the parts as these clearly don’t work. 5tars for the earbuds 1 Star for Best Buy’s refurbishment

Getting a set a refurbished Galaxy Buds at this price is a steal! The sound quality is pretty good. You'll need to fo on Amazon and order additional wings if you want them.

These were awesome. I had friends get them so I bought some. There was good battery life. Only downfall is that Samsung has location services on these so they can be found if lost, and it can only be used if you have an android. I unfortunately have an apple so that quality was lost for me. They are comfortable though.

Clear crisp sound with good Low end punch. I wish the battery would last a little longer but with the technology today it is what it is. I would highly recommend.
