The Buds are fine, BB not so smart...

Their tips will NOT work properly with these buds. Dumb move. Luckily a set of correct Samsung Buds replacement ear bud tips and the rings to orient them in your ears is available on Amazon. pair these buds with those tips and you saved about $50 over the usual retail price. Do yourself a favor, go to Youtube and watch the videos about how to properly adjust the volume, which is likely the only reason these are returned...

Was hoping they would isolate noise on calls, but people can hear conversations around me. Best Buy shipped generic ear tips with refurbished buds. None of them allow the buds to charge in the case because they are too big! They all extend too far away from the buds. Keeping them, but have to buy proper ear tips. Thanks

Since buds are a bit expensive, I tried buying this refurbished bud. It was really great, felt like brand new. It's only been over two months, but I lost connectivity from the left bud. I tried updating the software, turning the bluetooth on and off, but the Samsung website recommended to have the faulty product replaced. So I'm not sure if this problem happened because it was refurbished.
