Bought to wear during workouts. Sound quality is good. Only negative is they can be uncomfortable at times.

Looked new when arrived (bought refurb at a great price). Be sure to look over the user guide to setup the tap/slide functions to what you want (and test them all out). Also the ear adapters included are a must (for me). I tried out 3 sized until I got one that was comfy for long time use.

Got these for my daughter. She's gotten decent use out of them and pairs them with her computer for Zoom classes.

I understand with refurbished items you may expect some minor cosmetic issues with the item. However, there was nothing refurbished about these buds. They seemed as if these were used by someone, returned to the store, and the buds were simply put in a plain box and sold as refurbished. The buds themselves were quite disgusting and actually had ear wax still on them. As others have said, the silicon ear pieces included with the package were not the original type, but some knock-off brand. In addition, there were no wing pieces included with the package. I would have expected this type of condition from some random person off E-bay, but not BestBuy. I am truly surprised BestBuy allows this type of item to represent their brand and to be sold from their website. Needless to say, I returned these to BestBuy and will be apprehensive of buying anything refurbished from BestBuy again.

Got it as a gift for my mother. She loves using wireless headphones and she has a Samsung s9+ . She’s been dying for some por like ear buds and when she got this she loved it! Didn’t come 100% charged but either way when it did finally the quality of the sound you get from these is amazing!

Bought these for use with motorcycle helmet. They fit in the ear to allow easy removal without hurting ears.

I got this one and a black one refurbished from bestbuy but these aren't as loud as the black ones. It was ok at 1st but now the volume is low. I tried it on different devices and compared but it's just not as loud as the black ones anymore. Cool ear buds. And it stays in my ear when I put the smallest ear bud on it.

Setup was easy, they paired with my Galaxy S10 easily and they auto connect when they are done charging

I love these Buds. They have great battery life. I can charge them once during the day and they are good with the case.

My son loves these, and if he can keep from losing them, would keep using them. Like the refurbished option too.

I bought these for work so during Covid I wasn't holding my phone to my face. Battery time is pretty good, samsung has been steadily updating the interface and app and it's improved them every single time. I got these on sale for a great price and it was completely worth it.

At first I was really skeptical about buying a geek squad certified item because of all the bad reviews. But surprisingly I haven't had any issues with these buds. They came with the right tips and everything else works like its supposed to... I'm more than happy with my purchase.

The quality of sound is great. Only small issue is that they don't always stay in your ear and easy to misplace.

Accidentally left my set that came with my S10+ in my jeans that were run through the washing machine. After going a couple of weeks without them I had to buy another set. Amazingly versatile, very comfortable with sound that rivals my wired Bose headphones. A must buy!

Had a really good time listening to misic with galaxy buds. The best part about these buds is that it has crystal clear sound quality and has many features like wireless charging, touch control and ambient sound at reasonable price which are really good features to have.

They sometimes cut in and out when you put your phone in a pocket but honestly better than I expected.
