I really wanted to love these and I figured that going with a best buy refurbished product I would be OK. I was wrong! my right bud quit working after about 3 months. when they worked they were great! easy to use, good sound and they were pretty. just wish they would have lasted longer.

No complaints, the sound is good the battery is ok, also Samsung is for Samsung

I really like some of the features on the headphones. The ambient noise feature is pretty good, pairing with Alexa and the app to adjust settings. Where they fall a little short is sound quality and battery life. I find the sound to be a little flat compared to some other headphones. The battery life of the headphones as well as the the case only holding one charge needs some improvement. Not a bad option for the refurbished price though.

ear pieces are comfortable, but can fall out pretty easily. Good sound. Easy to pair with devices

one of the sensors is a little crazy but they work so good since I got them refurbished its alright.

Got the refurbished Galaxy Buds. They came in the original box with original Samsung charging case, usb cable, ear tips, and ear wings. Works great with my Samsung Galaxy S8 Active phone. Automatically pairs when I open the charging case and the fit works well.

Great sounding headphones, great features. Awful for use as a primary phone plugs. Wonderful in the gym

Not having the correct ear tips changes to the operation of the buds. Best Buy's customer service was absolutely useless. Buds themselves are fine. But not being able to put them in the case negates that.

Seriously love these. I was really looking for both a wireless head phones and good bluetooth call devices and found it in the Galaxy ear buds. so much value packed into them. they sound great and feel great. the ambient sound feature is a really nice added benefit.

purchased these through Best Buy's deal of the day. Great price and really good sound quality. Was concerned about how well they would stay in. With six pairs of ear buds, finding the right ones was a breeze. They fit great and are really comfortable.

Perfect in every way except for the half millimeter that the case didn't close with the generic earbuds Bestbuy sends. But I saved $50 and the quality is no different than my friend's full price set, so yeah. Not going to get too bent out of shape over the covers.

Perfect condition. wasnt expecting good audio quality since tech youtubers have been saying that the audio quality wasnt quite there but surprisingly challange airpods gen 1 and 2, although I dont know about the airpods pro. Good purchased and am really satisfied

I pick up a refurbished galaxy earbuds. I don't know if I got lucky or what but the ones I got were practically new. The sounded great out of the box. If you want to save some money try their refurbished galaxy earbuds definitely worth it.

Only had one opportunity to use the buds. Sound is good and they do work with my Apple phone.

In the time that I have had these (almost 1 1/2 years) the quality has never diminished. The headphones are comfortable and stylish. And if you ever have your pet knock them out of sight, you can always use your device to ping them.

I purchased these Samsung buds so I could listen to my favorite tunes while on my treadmill. These ear buds were refurbished and I haven't had any problems with them. The fit is excellent and the sound quality is perfect! I love these wireless ear buds!
