If unjist need something get the refurb. But if u can afford them.new get them new. My refubs has aloy of issues and i returned them. Ive had 2 new pairs and didnt habe those issues. Also the silver makes the apigen case slip off. The black holds it well bc the finish is matte not shiny. I say no to refurbs yes to new.

good quality but missing charging wire in my order

The earbuds are great. There was one size of earpiece missing and no instruction book. But customer service adjusted the price more than compensated with a partial refund that covered the cost of replacing set of removable pieces.

THEY'RE GOOD BUT NOT as much as I thought. They echo and the microphone is not ok.

I got them refubrished because of the price being low... when i got then 2 tips were missing one medium and one large, however im using the small tips on them and it seems fine also one earbud was dirty. Im just disapointed that parts were missing and the least they could have done is to clean them before reselling them.

This was a great buy for the money. My charger however doesn't charge very well.

My family is big, and we're split right down the middle with apple vs Samsung. Buying them refurbished help me afford to buy more than one of these. Apple didn't help me out there much haha. Well they work like new, no issues whatsoever.

The items arrived on time but were shipped with non-manufacture ear tips. They can't be left on the earbuds and put back in the charging case, the lid will not close or charge with the shipped ear tips. Also can't use one ear bud by itself even next to the phone. It doesn't play unless both are in ears and turned on synced.

Good refurbished product! Use these ear buds daily!!

These earbuds worked properly, but could've been made better

I was skeptical about purchasing these buds because I have purchased similar items in the past only to be disappointed. I'm very happy with this purchase and would buy again if needed! Also for a refurbished product it was like brand new!

Didn't use them because they were the wrong item. So they were returned.

Item was difficult to set but I got help at Bestbuy and it works well.

Sound quality is not as good as airpods, as well as the comfortness

Its good but phone call is something that needs to get used to...

These ear buds are great but the only thing that needs work is the battery life.

Was a little hesitant about refurbished buds, but couldn't pass up the price.

These worked so well and after the first few weeks. Then the left side stopped working and stopped charging, just nothing. Hindsight, buy the insurance!!! Oh and the earbud tips that it came with did not fit on the buds.
