You get what you pay for. It's only been a month and a half and these buds are no longer working. I didn't get the protection bc I forgot to add it and now I'm so upset. I purchased a new charger, thinking maybe this is why they won't charge. Wasted more money! I can hear them startup, but then the shutdown sound plays instantly. Take it from me. Pay full price or don't forget the protection plan because you just don't know what will happen.

but may be user error. this will only play for 1 hour and then turn off. they'll go right back on once I press the button. because visiting the store for help right now isn't really feasible, I haven't been able to get it fixed

He absolutely hated these because he would turn his head and turn them off and hang up on people. Lol but he never wanted to return them.... hummm..

The product itself it quite nice and in excellent condition but the ear tips they ship the buds with are not the originals and are to bug to let the buds charge when you put them in the case

When i first got them there was a funny noise in the left one and whn people talked to me. I updated them and that fixed the problem on that so i was going to keep them but now they don't want to pair up with my phone all the time and they are not all that comfortable in my ear. I have small ears and this just didn't work for me. I didn't not receive any wing tips with mine either. For it being Samsung i expected it to be a better product. Wish they was louder to. I will be returning them. Getting them new might be better.

These ear buds were perfect. Could not tell them from new. All the accessories and instructions were in the box. I would highly recommend them.

I bought as a gift for my daughter as we are samsung nuttie. Lol. Quality product I will buy it qgain

I've been using these for a year. Sometimes they glitch and fade out from the blutooth connection but they referbs were worth the price

I was a little sceptical after owning the level u headphones by Samsung but these are great! The ambient sound thing sucks but I dont really use it anyway.

This refurbished pair had to be returned to Samsung. They would disconnect while in use. I was totally unaware the person was unable to hear me. There was also a little static. I will not purchase refurbished again.

These work good but the Dynex refurbish ear pieces that come with it don't fit into the case. Had to buy a replacement on amazon so that it would work properly. Be warned if buying the refurbished ones.

Rcvd, they are refurbished and are like new. Actually thought they were a new pair. We’re easy to set up with my Galaxy S20 plus. A great value.

Wow I but this for my husband but he lost the case and one earbuds samsung galaxy, now I have to buy another one for the same cost

These really are great headphones with a lot of Features with the touchpad. They are very smart in the way that you connect them, and so on. Very pleased.

I have been using these for almost 5 months with no issues. I was a little skeptical buying a refurbished pair, but I am glad that I did.

This earbuds are amazing. Did not even realize they were refurbished as they look brand new. Love them and love best buys service.

It is good , but When you are watching videos and movies, there is little lips and sound issues. You hear sound little late while watching videos. May be because it was refurbished item that I purchased.

The headphones are okay, but the mic in them it's absolutely useless, so I have to hold my phone close when in a call for people to be able to hear me, which defeats the point of having wireless headphones.

Includes all the accessories, just like new except for a much lower price. Carrying case is also the charger, like many other ear buds.

Did not even look refurbished. Thought they were brand new. Absolutley recommend looking at buying refurbished from best buy.
