    Returned for the right ear buds not charge and it does not connect. No response from the ear buds. GEEK Squad needs to check up on refurbished items. Ordered another one hoping for better luck.

    As mentioned in Summary, had to repeatedly repair with iphone. Also not as easy to get out of case (say, one-handed). I have generally decided that I do not like silicone in-ear earbuds, so that contributed to my return of this product, although that is NOT the fauld of the Samsung Galaxy Buds. I think I got a bad pair of refurbs. Have friends that love theirs. My advice - try a few manufacturers before you settle.
