I don't know what was wring with them at first but my wife can barely hear me when I use them and all the time they sound like are disconnecting and reconnecting.

Don't waste you money on this what-so-ever. Stay away, we returned these the very next day. Having trouble hearing, volume was too low and was having trouble connecting via bluetooth. No way thanks!

Not Refurbished by Samsung

So you don't get the proper tips that go with the buds. Because you don't get the proper tips, they don't fit in the case properly and thus wont charge. This seems to be a common problem with this item. Also since they are not the proper tips, they come off the buds very easily and get stuck in my ear. Very bad. Will be returning.

Don't buy refurbished!

Since they are refurbished, they are required to change the ear tips that come with them. They do not fit the buds so they get stuck in your ears. Since they are the wrong size, they will also prevent the case from closing and charging them. Not worth it
