Good for 6 months then the righy ear bud stopped working.

You cannot sell something that does not work! Let me clarify, the earbuds do work but the only way to charge them is to take off the rubber attachments. You DO NOT receive original parts, you receive knock-off parts that will not fit in the case.

Would have been perfect if it came with the original tips that fit the case

im cool with them as headphones but as talking on phone its not that good

These are nice. The quality of sound could've been better.

The sound was not as good. I had a hard time keeping in my ear.

Although I had come into this sale knowing it's a refurbished product. Did not expect the charging case to not take charge from the get. Need to return this and just pay for a new one to avoid the hassle of "geek squad refurbs".

I hope best buy will sell items with original brand. I bought bud it came with different materials from different brand, now it's very difficult for me to charge my buds. This is the last time I will try shop online with best buy

Do not waste your money. Returned in less then a week. Sound quality on my end was great but people on other end kept having to ask me to repeat myself cause I was so muffled and breaking up and sounding like I was in a tunnel.

I love these buds, thevomly downsize is I have small ears.

I got these as a lower cost replacement for my dead AirPods. Sound quality is nowhere near the Apple product and when I put the extra layer of rubber ear fits on to try to block outside noise, then they don’t fit into the charger case.

Everything is good about the product except the fact that they give you an off brand Ignsignia ear tips. These fall off easily and the case doesnt close properly. I cant keep them if I wanted to because it wont stay shut.

The Samsung Buds are very easy to pair with the Samsung Devices, at least with my S20 however everyone says they can’t hear me over minimal background noise. They work well for listening to music at my desk but I guess that I expected a little more from Samsung.

I purchased and received these earbuds online. They arrived at my house quickly and in the original case and box. When I open up the case and pulled out the earphones they still had ear wax in the buds and gunked up in the case. It was disgusting. I know refurbished can mean a whole assortment of things, but used not cleaned or inspected means just that. Used.

Bought these refurbished earbuds they were missing the rubber ear end. In the box they put some other brand rubber ear tips that were black and when you put them on they were too big so the case cod not close to chage the earbuds. When I called to let best buy know they said refurbished meant a third party returned these and they do not know if some thing would be missing. They just said dont buy refurbished because this can happen. Only "open box" items they will know if there something missing because they check them now refurbished items. Low price but they could have included in the description what was wrong with the earbuds so you dont waste your time. DO NOT BUY REFURBISHED!
