Bought as a gift

I can not get help because of the mandatory closing of our local stores. I am disappointed with this product. 1 star is because they didn't even work 3 months but I can't return them now. I purchased brand new pair end of 2019 for myself and love them. No problems. I would only recommend buying brand new. I give my new Earbuds a 5 star.

Already having problems

Missing accessories

The only problem with those is the buds couldn't charge in the case with those tips on because they were too large to fit in the case. I had to return this product, I was really looking forward to these.

Obviously very used by other consumer an returned trashed. Was sold as renew, off course when buying renew i was not expecting new, but not very bad as came. Went to story to return, and came my surprise. The employee said it is normal come with missing parts and maybe don’t even working. I guess i know were don’t buy anything anymore.

I purchased it and guess what? You cannot even control the volume of buds. Apparently, there is a separate volume control built within the buds. You cannot control that from devices. No matter what I did, At max volume, I was hearing like as if someone was whispering. Bad experience.
