Just had them a couple months and pairing them was easy. I love these, i have small ears and they fit great. The bass is good for me; i don't get why people criticized it.If you want to increase volume keep in mind that the buds have their own volume control. Fast shipping made these worth every penny. Will update review if anything changes.

These appeared brand new when i opened them. No signs of use before, everything was clean and bundled properly like it was brand new. Sound quality is great and so is the battery life. I have used these daily for about 6 months and have had no issues. Definitely happy i went with the discounted refurbs as opposed to the full price ones

I bought a pair for a friend. Tried them when I gave them to her and fell in love with the sound. The person on the other end of the conversation could hear me well. The buds stayed in my ears without me being fearful of losing them. Excellent purchase. I still have to learn how to use them The setup was easy. Great product

great ear buds at a refurbished price. I've had a few others wireless ear buds and I can definitely see the superior quality of these. I've had them 3 months and use them about 5 days a week. Battery life is superior to others I've had at similar price (refurbished price). You can't go wrong with this refurbished pair.

very happy with this product. had the previous generation galaxy buds, and these are superior in every way except no on-board memory to play music independent of phone connection. the sound quality is very clean, the battery life is good and doesn't drain quickly when not used. connectivity range and strength are not as good though.

Geek Squad certified Samsung buds were pretty good and cheap. Looked brand new and came with several size tips. Case was new and charged quick and had no problem with the buds. Connected to my phone with ease and running time was above average. Now the sound quality overall was good but sounded muffled. The clarity of the mids and highs were not that great. Base and lows were good but it just didn't have that clear sound. I guess its hard to change from my original AKG Samsung wired ear buds.

These ear buds are good for android. They must be charge to work properly. Very handed when shopping, driving, or listening to music.

It has been almost 30 days since I purchased the BUDS and so far I like them, but...I was expecting a better experience. I have been using them mainly at the gym and when my ears get sweaty they start to slip out. I need to dry them and my ears in order for them to stay. On another positive note, after adjusting the audio settings on my Note 9 and using the proper size of tips the sound was decent. Don't expect to blow out your ear drums. Over all they are convenient, the noise cancelation is great (for buds). Great features.

I am long time Beats by Dre owning powerbeats3 and wireless Studio. I love these Samsung buds, I never lose bluetooth connection, great sound, easy fit, charge in power brick case. All functions can be done by a touch on either side and take calls. My go to now. Get more fore less money than Apple beats products.

I bought these for my husband when we all went on "stay at home" orders and he could no longer go to the gym (he uses free weights and bands in the back yard now). He LOVES not having to fuss with the headphone cord, and he says they get great sound! He has had some glitching with the internet but that could be the connection from the headphones to his phone, the phone to the internet, or even a shoddy connection, so I won't blame the headphones completely. All in all, it was a great gift!

I absolutely love these things! They fit extremely well. The sound, the clarity, the quality! And the ambient mode is great for so many applications. I was a little worried buying a refurbished pair. But very happy with the set I received. They look brand new! I would definitely recommend these buds!

these ear buds sound great and work well with my samsung phone. the charge lasts a reasonable amount of time and the charging case works well and can recharge the ear buds at least once before the case has to be plugged in

Bought refurbished and still going strong. I did return the original set as one bud would die within minutes of use. This pair had performed great. Great sound for music videos and calls. Fit is perfect. I wish there were touch controls for Volume.

Nice sound comfy first in the ears they do fall out on occasion but u can feel them slipping so not to bad

Overall the headphones are great, I absolutely love them and I've already gotten a lot of use out of them. But I have to say, I am pretty disappointed that the tips didnt match. Had it not been for that they would easily get 5 stars from me. Now I have to order some on my own which is a huge bummer. I bought these because they match my phone and having black tips kinda defeat the purpose.

Liked my earbuds. Using on iPhone X. Easy to pair. Better fit in ear. Cons: Battery status not visible on iOS.
