Not very good quality. One of the earbud. was. not working

Sound was small and controls hard cause of how small.

Left Buds is very quiet,but other than that they were good

When on a call, recipient can not heat me very good.

The right ear pod would never charge. It came with 10% charge (the left was 75% charged). Not sure what "Geek Squad" did to refurbish them, but they FAILED! Went to return because I did not want to wait Another 5+ days to get another not-sure-if-they-will-work pair.

"Geek squad certified" means absolutely nothing to me anymore. The right earphone was missing a piece and the sound quality was horrible. And this is coming from someone who owned the product previously.

I was very excited to find these for such a reasonable price (refurbished). Less than 2 months later, the left bud has stopped working. Of course, it's too late now to return it. I guess that I might look into the geek squad fixing it, idk Very disappointed!

I bought this product a couple of months ago and the left earbud never worked I was waiting to go in to the store at best buy but now I'm paranoid since someone I know got corona virus.... what steps can I make to get it fixed or looked at?

Purchased on 1/24. Right ear bud does not work - found this out on 2/9. Tried to return at 5am on 2/10. Website says I can no longer return - that the window closed on 2/9. If Best Buy can't make things right, I recommend looking elsewhere.

Best buy sold me this product but it is defective, left ear bud does not pair. I gifted it to my niece and she returned it few months later. Now, best buy will not take it back or get a replacement.

The right earbud didn’t work. I tried various ways such as reset the earbuds, kept good charge and tried on various phones to see it’s working or not. Waste of time. Please avoid buying these refurbished earbuds.

Just pay a few dollars more for the real not refurbished ones. These don't come with the real buds and the case doesn't even close. I would not recommend and you will regret buying these. I will be returning for a FULL refund.

Right bud was dead within a week which is more than likely why the original purchaser returned them. Keep in mind that the return period is much shorter for Geek Squad than the manufacturers.

Don't waste your money the sound is really poor, even if you put it in the highest setting it is still low. I gave it one star because I can't give zero stars. One thing I like is the color.

These are terrible. I ordered them back at the end of September and just now using them and the quality is poor. People cant hear me and I cant hear them. It was waste of money as now I am past the return phase.

Only one worked didn't realize it until after my 30 day return time since i didnt use them until after that now un stuck with something that doesnt work :(

10 days after they arrived, one ear piece just stopped working entirely. Just normal usage for music and phone calls and it just stopped working. I'm definitely going to be returning these.

The eartips that came with the refurbished earbuds wasn't original. The case simply doesn't close with it. I suppose that's why the buds came with no eartip on it - but separated from it.

Don’t say geek squad refurbish. Just say used headphones. Whoever had these headphones first must of had them for a month or longer. Missing parts. Next time I will buy new.

I purchased these Geek Squad approved refurbished airbuds back in Jan. I only used them a few times, now one of the buds has stopped working and the other only charges up to 10%.
