The sound quality is great and I really enjoy the ambient noise setting. I was worried about it not having buttons but it works really well.

Best buds I've owned. The wings are way better than the newer version without the wings. Much more stable and comfortable.

Doesn't recharge and no longer works. I tried everything but it is done. My original Icons and the upgraded ones immediately work great.

There was no problem with connecting the ear buds to my phone. Because the case stays charged the ear buds stay charged. This is a great product.

Bought these refurbs for my wife, she loves them! Sound great! They came in new packaging with new ear pieces in various sizes.

Great, I had ordered white one previously came in mint condition, no sign of wear, dust. Except... it doesnt connect- the buds doesnt get read in any devices, so I had to returned. And Azure blue is my 2nd purchase. Everything works good, except the extra ear pieces came in the box are not matching color, I was already annoyed to contact for more issues- so just decided to keep it. Its good deal for the price, since its refurbished ones just make sure you got all checked
