I purchased these earbuds not so much for music but for telephone calls. I only use one of them at a time. I'm sure they work how they are supposed to, but if you had both of them in at once you could not hear anything around you. The Ambient sound feature is supposed to remedy that, but I did not care for it. If you are looking for a telephone headset I would spend some money and get a good one; Blueant, Platronic, etc.

I have some old school LG Bluetooth headphones and these were about the same but wireless. They seemed kinda bulky. I didn't test them while running or working out to see if they would stay in my ear because the quality wasn't great. I'm a huge Samsung fan and we weren't impressed. My son has the Airpods Pro and after hearing his we returned these and purchased the refurbished Airpods Pro.

Got them quick and they work great with my IPhone SE 2020. they’re very responsive and quick to connect when I take them out of my case so that’s a huge plus. Since I got the refund I was a little worried but it looked to be brand new and the package was just destroyed. Great purchase

These refurbished Galaxy buds+ are great! When they arrived in the original box I was really happy. I opened the box and the buds and the case looked new. If I didn't know that they were refurbished I wouldn't have known. I really like these Buds, they are definitely worth the money.

No issues what so ever for these ear buds. I'm really overall satisfied. They were refurbished and honestly I cannot even tell except for the cheaper price! The ambient function can be annoying but it can be turned off. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank u Best Buy! Believe It

Just like a pair new in the box. Comes with 2 sizes for rubber ear inserts, 2 shapes for "wings", case, average length cable and case. Charge so easily on my Samsung charging pad and they seem to be up to a full charge within minutes. Absolutely love them and they are comfy in my ears.

It was great headphone but was not comfortable to wear for more than several hours.

Works as well as a new pair. Sound is okay; I prefer the Buds Live.

Packaging was in poor condition and also some dust inside. But Buds functions normal and I like it.

I bought these after I bought my son a “brand new” identical pair and paid more for them. So these were refurbished (and cheaper) but there has been no difference between these and the ones I got for my son. They work excellent and would purchase refurbished from Best Buy again.

I own these and the regular buds and the sound are great on these just like the 1st generation.
