These things are crap. They don't hold a charge for longer than an hour, and if they are not connected and not being used, they will continue to lose charge if they are not constantly charging. Their case doesn't charge them well, and most of the time it will have a great connection with one earbud but a horrible one with the other, so after the initial charge I have yet in 3 weeks to be able to use both earbuds at the same time. Save your yourself some money and keep away the anger, buy an off brand version from amazon. It will sound better (these dont have the best sound quality) and any return policy will be halfway decent (I cant return these because by the time I have received it in the mail and given this enough usage to say yes it sucks, it's past the return date).

Even though the first ear bud's I got had a problem, I was happy to bring back and they fixed it and now I haven't had a problem yet. I am very happy with my ear bud's, even though there refurbished.

Good ear buds comfortable to wear for 2 to 3 hours at a stretch.

The Refurbished Samsung Galaxy Buds+ was like new condition and came in the original box with all the accessories. They were delivered sooner than the posted shipping date. I recommend purchasing, well worth the price.

I first I was kind of skeptical about buying refurbished but when it arrived on the mail, it were great as if it was new. Only thing I can complain is Geek Squad did not clean them so when it arrived

Did not like at all returned with no issues but bough Skullcandy two different kinds and they both sound better than the Samsung but again always try out your self and don’t always pay attention to reviews of some one that would give a two rating

I purchased the Earbuds on 04/09/20 and loved everything about them! Unfortunately I had to return the earbuds on 04/14/20 because the left earbud was defective. The left bud wouldn't reconnect even when fully charged. I really wanted to love these but, they broke.

I like them at first, but the right one always falls off from my right year, at the moment I can't change the outter rubber to change size, as I don't know know where it is now. I'm currently in the process to order headphones that covers all around ear to listen at home.

The refurbished earbuds work good. Delivered on time.

Works well. Upgrading from a three year old pair of IconX buds that were becoming problematic. Can't say the are a big improvement but they do work consistently. May even have less functionality.

I brought this for my guy, the first set was not good. I went into bb to exchange the product, I had to get it ship to my house. The new ones are perfect so far.

Love them! They're quick yo connect & just as quick to disconnect from my phone. They are also very comfortable. People say they can hear me loud & clear. Very happy with my purchase.

So I am one who needs to try things for myself ! I actually bought all 3 Samsung earbuds and love this set the most. After awhile ( 7 hours or so) my ears do need a break though !

Great ear buds in my opinion. I have bought refurbished items in the past and have never had any issues. I think they are great ear buds and work great. Im very happy with them.

These headphones are the best! Super light weight easy to charge! I also use my uv sanitizer to sanitize them when they get dirty! The color is cute but dirt picks up easy on them.

Love these buds, been the best wireless headphones I’ve ever owned. Even pairs well with apple products. One day I’ll upgrade to the newest version

Purchased and immediately returned as they were defective. Purchased as deal of the day with low online pricing. Returned to the store, but deal unavailable. Called customer service for replacement, but were sold out...

Best headphones I have ever owned. Love all the features, especially love the ambient passthrough feature. The color of these are amazing, and they are very comfortable.

Have the original buds and grabbed these on sale for half what I paid for the first ones. Use them all the time, they are the best wireless ear buds in my opinion.

These came with only the large and small ear pieces. The Medium size that is usually the default was missing entirely. I hope that customer service can rectify this.
