The right earbuds won't take charge, put both on charge ovenight, the left is 100% while the right one keeps saying 1%. It is a shame.

Tried to exchange or get it repaired but Best Buy would only offer a gift card. What’s the point in selling something that doesn’t work and then forcing you to either keep it or get store credit, so you have to buy something else from them? Seems shady to me.

At first they were great then suddenly the case won't charge to 100% only to 85%. The earbuds won't hold a charge and when put back in the charging case it won't show that they are charging. I pretty disappointed.

Answering phone difficult. They are awesome when they work properly, I can walk into warehouse about 200 ft and not lose reception.
