I was disappointed in these, they do not work. I had to return these

They worked perfectly for 2 weeks now one won't connect st all

Refribished but stop working after a couple months..

The sound is not clear, some noise when listening to music.

They sent me galaxy buds instead of the galaxy buds+.

I have gone through 3 pairs of the galaxy buds+, first pair one earbud went out, second pair i dropped in the toilet lol, third pair both buds went out (wouldnt go past low volume), i love the buds so much as the sound is amazing and so is the battery life. I am now trying to place my current pair and all i am finding is refrubished which is a bummer because i prefer a new pair, so now i have to upgrade to galaxybuds2? which i am reading the reviews and it sounds like the battery isnt as great and doesnt have a fin to help keep them in your ear. ANYWAY, highly recommend these buds if you can find them!!

Really good wireless earbuds. They tend to get a bit uncomfortable with long use. Great sound profiles with the app (Galaxy Wearable). Overall 8.5/10 (If only the comfort was better).

Very good product. I was hesitant to purchase earbuds like these out of fear that they wouldn't fit in my ears properly. The wing tips create a comfortable but secure fit. The smaller price tag due to being a refurbished product is an added value.

So got these in the actual box with the actual manual with the actual charger and looked brand new. But when I tried connecting them to my iPhone they weren’t automatically popping up on the app. So I connected manually. Then found out everything was the same except the actual earbuds. Someone had switched the buds with the first generation ones. How I knew? When connecting via Bluetooth it was named galaxy buds instead of the galaxy buds plus.

Great Product but too expensive. Fits wonderfully with my ears and works with Surface laptop.

I was pairing these with my pc via a 5.0 bluetooth usb receiver and everything in my room/house interfered with the signal on these. My keyboard, my monitors, my phone being plugged in to charge. Near everything I own made the signal drop or turn to crap with these. Even when I paired them with my phone, still had the same problems where my keyboard would mess up the signal. These sound amazing, but there is so much signal drop and distortion constantly that it makes them unusable no matter what case use scenario I tried. Very disappointed with these.

The volume sound is lower than average.Have earbuds on maximum and still heard to hear when talking.

Got them extremely quick and no problems with the buds. Will use geek squad refurbished again .

Purchased these for my daughter's birthday this year. Despite them being Geek Squad Certified, they did not work. The left bud will not function at all and we can't pick it up with any device we've tried so you can't update the software for the buds. The right one has static and broken noise coming out of it. Also the package was missing the rubber ear pieces so we only have one full rubber set and a partial. I will never buy something refurbished again.

These lasted 6 month exactly. They kept loosing sounds when I would move my head a certain way. Then one bud sounded like it had water in it and made a whistling sound. Of course i can't return them now! Waste of money dont by refurbished.

So I usually order geek squad refurbished things, I ordered my first galaxy buds refurbished and they worked great. Then when I ordered these the left one had terrible sound quality and the right one sounded amazing.

Very bad, totally scratched, the left one does not support a 1 hour load, they do not bring silicones, they do not work well and to top it all they are full of wax

Its not tested by Geek Squad. Better not to sell this to anyone.

Stinks dont buy fell apart with a month. I only have one working headphone now.
