Honestly they are nice. Doesn’t hurt my ears. Turning up the volume is a little annoying with the touch feature but other than that I am happy with this purchase.

Got this to match the color Note 10+ phone. Sound is good but not great as bass is a bit weak. Also wish Samsung had additional software audio enhancements that are found on the newer Buds Pro.

Best earbuds I've purchased yet. Sound is clear and they don't fall out of your ear. They charge quick and the case is smaller than others I've had.

Great product the sound is great you can used for two days the battery is good you don't have to recharge every time the life to the battery is good

Ok the sound is off the hook. They stay in my ears when im running also. Ambient sound is totally the way to go to keep them in your ears

Noise reduction, sound quality, the looks...great. I love how I don't need to take the buds off to talk to people. The sensitivity of the touch control could be a little less, or I would prefer if we can keep the long hold option on while tap option is off.

refurb is the way to go if you dont mind open packaging. it was like brand new so i feel like i got a great deal. would buy again - the sound is great and the connectivity is spot on. wish the battery life was a bit longer tho.

My husband loves them. He said it last longer than the other ear buds he had battery wise. He said everything sounds clear and precise.

I would say for the price u got a good deal, and perfectly functional turlly wireless headset. While people have different preference these sounds better than airpods pro. however, the refurbish box really throw off the satisfaction. Thus returned.
