my wife loves them. had to buy 3rd party ear inserts because for some unknown reason samsung decided to only include small and large, but no medium. after checking into it, apparently its intentional and wasnt a mistake like i had thought.

I like the earbuds, but if your not careful they fall out of your ear. Had a hard time finding one of the buds on flight from Los Angeles.

My son loves these buds! I was a bit nervous about doing the refurbished, but pickup was easy and they have worked perfectly. I could not be more happy with my purchase.

Great earbuds, Great quality, great sound! Lomg lasting battery.

As a Samung phone user the ease of use is on par with Iphones and Airpods. While the sound can't go very low, it does have very good clarity and with 360audio the sound stage is wide and fun. The only issue is that the buds are small and black so when they're dropped it's next to impossible to find them if you get out of bluetooth reach; within the 'find my device' function works well.

Long lasting and charges fast with amazing sound definitely a must for me at least

These are comfortable but i did end up buying new ear plugs so they fit better. These are great for everyday ise been using them for a while now and really have no complaints. I love the fact u can use these in the pool with out having to worry bout the water

These actually got lost for about a year. We found them and they still work great and Charge great and hold a good Charge. She loves them and the high-end quality. Worth the money!

These sound amazing. I also accidentally washed them and they still work. Highly reccomend these earbuds. ANR feature works amazing and the audio is crystal clear

I've had these for over a month now. I love them. The sound is great and they work perfectly with my Galaxy S22 Ultra, which was a major reason I went with these. Being Geek Squad certified, these are practically new but at a fraction of the cost of a brand new pair. The only downside is the medium sized ear pieces were missing. I assume the previous owner used them so they were discarded in the refub process. Thankfully the large pieces fit me just fine. I'd definitely make the purchase again.

I used to use this earpiece for years but this version i found it little bit weird They are not fix on my ears properly and slipped out very often even if i pressed them inside which is painful still jumping out Very disappointed and thinking to trade them with other earpiece The quality of sound perfect no doubt and ANC working perfectly

It doesn't stay charged very long. I have to use one ear at a time if i want to use it for awhile. I change them out when one ear loses its charge. I guess its fine if you only need to use it for a small amount of time, no more than 2 hours. The sound is great. I would only recommend to those who will not be using it for an extended period of time.

I am normally an over the ear headphone guy because of the noise canceling feature. I was very surprised with that same feature with this product. Amazingly clear with little background noise, and the ambient feature was a nice addition that i never thought i would use but have. All in all, the product was exactly as described with punchy bass and nice tonal highs. With the exception of only a 3 hour battery life, it was definitely a 5 star purchase.
