I purchased these refurbished Samsung earbuds a few months ago and have found them to be in excellent condition with no issues. I use them daily and would certainly recommend them

Sound is great(I use Galaxy phone) fit can be an issue depending on your ear. I have small ears and they come off easily.

I bought these for my son. Sound was good but they kept falling out of his ears even though he tried different ear plugs. Also he had to keep the case near him or he would lose connection to his phone which was odd.

Absolutely horrible! I purchased these and went to the store to pick them up. I went to my car and opened them to make sure they were refurbished and certified, as stated. I noticed the case was severely damaged and didn't smell clean. There were also missing ear tips and white specs on the earbuds themselves. I went back into the store hoping to find a solution and was offered the option to purchase brand-new ones by paying the price difference or to see if i qualified for Best Buy card. I had without any options

Just like new and good price vs buying new one! Coneection was quick and painless and good range. Blocks out the wind while lsiening to tunes!

Love these earphones, dont get me wrong I would never spend full price but thats not a knock on these. The quality is very obvious and getting such a big discount was the reason I took a chance. They arrived in a box loose in bubble wrap. But they appear to be brand new.

My wife love's her galaxy bud 2 pro ear pods there are just what she wanted. She said the quality is amazing, sounds is perfect and people can actually understand what she says when she have a conversation. Great buy from best buy!

The earbuds themselves are excellent, the plastic/rubberized aftermarket pieces that fit in the ear are not so great and don't have a great fit either in the ear or to the buds themselves. They stayed in my ear after removal I ended up purchasing a set from Samsung which are far better. Overall a great purchase.

Excellent quality, I bought the refurbished and no difference with a brand new one. It works perfectly, without details... They are the best Samsung headphones at an incredible price.

These are convenient sizes for audio quality when you need it.

So cool, not that bassy but sound quality is great. A huge step up from my buds 2. Noise canceling is horrible, my buds 2 are way better. If you're going for noise canceling get the buds 2. But for sound get these

Great product with lower prices Definitely if u want any kind of buds you want that time considered because best sound with active noise canceling that mack different word for you and this buds best for calling in noise places. Sounds quality is very crisp and clear.

kind of uncomfortable on the ears to use for an extended period of time. It also hard to keep in place, mine fall off quite often when wearing them. I would not buy them again

These “refurbished” models are basically just used defective units that have been returned and not fixed. Have returned and exchanged 3 times and all 3 pairs have been horrible. Rattling sound, only go to half volume and cad to clean them before they would charge from corrosion on them. I’ve owned a new set of these head phones and they were the best pair I’ve used. Best Buy’s refurbish department is a scam

I LOVE THESE HEADPHONES! Don't worry about them being refurbished, they have worked perfectly since I bought them. They didn't come with a charger so keep that in mind when purchasing. Paying a low price for the newest version of these samsung Earbuds was the best purchase I could have made.

So far, I have no problems. Product performs as expected. Second time I have bought refurbished items and they are good quality

Excellent sound quality and volume. The fit is unmatchable for those whose ears are normally formed, unlike mine are. Good investment though, otherwise.
