Over great wireless headphones, battery life and wireless charging case are both superb. Would definitely not hesitate to buy these.

Was very impressed, they look new. worked great. did not come with earpieces, s m l, but being used was not surprised. Besides that, came in all original packaging and accessories Would highly recommend coming from galaxy buds, sound is much richer. You always wonder when you buy something used, But Best Buy Geek Squad did good. Thank You

Great for doing light workouts but they tend to fall off. Great noise canceling. The sensor is too sesitive sometimes stops playing by itself.

My 2nd purchase from best buy refurbishment and it went perfectly. The fit is a bit finicky as the left side wants to fall out 1st. Any high movement activity they definitely wont stay in. The noise canceling is nice but the ambient sound is a bit much as it almost acts like a hearing aide.

The earbuds themselves are excellent, the plastic/rubberized aftermarket pieces that fit in the ear are not so great and don't have a great fit either in the ear or to the buds themselves. They stayed in my ear after removal I ended up purchasing a set from Samsung which are far better. Overall a great purchase.

So far, I have no problems. Product performs as expected. Second time I have bought refurbished items and they are good quality

Was a lil worried about having issues or the item looking overused, but was suprised I did not have to worry about anything. Everything has worked well and the item was in very good conditions. Charges well and last like new. Very happy with purchase after a couple months having used.

Absolutely horrible! I purchased these and went to the store to pick them up. I went to my car and opened them to make sure they were refurbished and certified, as stated. I noticed the case was severely damaged and didn't smell clean. There were also missing ear tips and white specs on the earbuds themselves. I went back into the store hoping to find a solution and was offered the option to purchase brand-new ones by paying the price difference or to see if i qualified for Best Buy card. I had without any options

These “refurbished” models are basically just used defective units that have been returned and not fixed. Have returned and exchanged 3 times and all 3 pairs have been horrible. Rattling sound, only go to half volume and cad to clean them before they would charge from corrosion on them. I’ve owned a new set of these head phones and they were the best pair I’ve used. Best Buy’s refurbish department is a scam

To be fair I got mine refurbished, that being said for $80 it was shouldn't have as bad as it was. They're not very comfortable or stay in. The touch features didn't work properly. Inconsistent sound quality, sometimes the sound would just randomly drop from one bud. The microphone was awful and had to yell to be heard. Worst of all major connectivity issues, the synchronization features stopped working after a few months. I got lucky and never had to re-sync them to my phone or switch but could never connect then to anything else. They would also randomly disconnect. Would not recommend.

That was a great purchase. Great product with a great quality. That was my first time buying a refurbisged product and this certified geek squad one surprused me. I’ll alwas consider check this option for now one because you are going have the same as new product for a really good price.

I decided to go with Galaxy Buds after losing my Apple AirPods. They are great and I highly recommend them. The only issues for me is that I have small ears so they hurt after a while and they arent very I phone-friendly.

Excellent quality, I bought the refurbished and no difference with a brand new one. It works perfectly, without details... They are the best Samsung headphones at an incredible price.

Excellent sound quality and volume. The fit is unmatchable for those whose ears are normally formed, unlike mine are. Good investment though, otherwise.

Sound is great(I use Galaxy phone) fit can be an issue depending on your ear. I have small ears and they come off easily.
