Got a refurbished set ordered and picked them up in store. Walked over to my car, opened them, and tried to charge them. Nothing. Tried using the included USB C cable instead of my original. Nothing. As a last ditch effort, I tried to use my phones wireless charging to see if that would work. I placed the case on my phone and my phoned chimed that it was charging, then suddenly it was not, then suddenly it was again. Off and on it said it was charging, switching up everything 2 seconds or so. The case did not get a charge in the five/ten minutes I was in my car. Went back inside and retunred them. Fortunately, i found my original ear buds that I thought I lost so in the end, I did not need them. I blame whoever it was that was SUPPOSED to refurbished them.

The box was in poor condition if you care about that kind of thing the buds also came with just two sizes of the squishys large and small. No medium size, but the large turned out to be the right fit.so no need to take them back, also the buds sound is great. In my opinion.

These are just as horrible as the last Samsung buds I had. They have a bold disclaimer that says not intended for outdoor use. It doesn't matter which size cushion I use these are constantly falling out. One time I went jogging and spent 30 min looking for one they fell. One I'm in the gym it's embarrassing how many times I stop mid rep to fix or adjust my headphone. Brand reputation has accounted for no benefit in my experience with regards to headphones.

I've heard the new ones are great. Properly refurbished ones are probably good as well. Rather than that, I received a charging case with buds taped to the bottom of a box, no other packaging or instructions or anything. But even that would've been fine if they threw the eartips in so that I could actually use them. No charging cord either, but I could've figured that out. I don't know how to use them without eartips. I tried to give feedback more directly through the customer support channels, but I kept just getting directed on how to return them, I never found a way to report the mistake in packing and shipping so that they could quality control issues in the future, so my guess is that their standards on refurbished products will continue to be sketch.

The first pair came without any accessories after 3 calls, going into the store, I was sent another one with accessories.

I've had no problems with them. Everything is good so far!

I am a heavy machinery operator. The recipient on phone calls hear my background noise louder than my voice.

Didnt charge out the box, tried wireless charging and OEM samsung cables. Exchange was pay difference from unopen box or refund and reorder from online.

The product itself is 5 star, however, I went the ‘cheap’ route and bought the refurbished. The tips were not included or whoever checked to send missed that part.
