This was inconsistent with my understanding of the term "refurbished," which I believed implied a thorough cleaning and repair prior to resale.

Unfortunately they did not work well for phone calls. Volume faded in and out. The buds looked terrific, however the small size and texture made them difficult to handle. I returned them for brand new buds and am very happy!

The ambient noise and noise cancelation function was not functional bc the bids would produce an awful whirring noise instead like TV static. They worked as normal in other respects but this was a prime feature I was disappointed to find inoperable.

Going to return these because I'm not getting rid of my apple phone. I wanted to update my old galaxy buds but they won't support these newer ones on the app for iOS users. Thanks for wasting my time. My money will be going elsewhere.

I spent 200 and expected very good sound. The sound dims with external sounds and even though i changed the settings the buds still do this. Not very happy with this purchase.

Got delivered to wrong house by ups they have a picture of the delivery point and it’s obviously not my house. Got a refund but it was a refurbished item so It was 50 bucks cheaper than new ones and they couldn’t just give me the same thing I had to buy some full price. The whole purpose of ordering them was the price so I not only got a pair for 50 bucks more but I got them a week after my friends birthday. LAME!

Come week three the right ear bug started making a high-pitched sound and wouldn't go away. When I took the earbuds to Best Buy they told me there was nothing they could do because I purchased them more than two weeks ago. Now the left earbud is giving me issues with the sound quality. I am very disappointed.
