Ear tips were missing. Refurbished means checked and completed.

Thought it was defective but after other reviews think it's just a bad product. Sometimes could get it to connect to my phone on bluetooth my computer once. Never would connect to the samsung app so was neve able to configure them and the sound was terrible. $30 amazon pair better and better noise canceling.

They work i think. But they didnt come with ear tips. Now i have to buy some. 3rd time reviewing this

Ear tips were missing, cable was not the original one.

Came in the mail and the right earphone was not working, went to the store tried to get a replacement had to buy them brand new spending an extra 100$

The item was incomplete missing parts. 3 different times that I had to replace the order the person that help me with the retuns told the solution was to by the missing parts for about $50.00 xtra dollars I think? That was the only solution he gave . So I just gave up. And I didn’t purchase anything.

Ordered online came incomplete with no charger or ear pads. Also ear bids were not factory reset as when i went to try and pair it said Matthew ear buds. Went to return to store and was told thay theu do not refund shipping charges. I will never buy online from Best Buy again as they seen to think refurbished means throw it in a shipping box and send it.

Does not bring medium hear attachments, It doe snot work very well for me, either too small or too large, Audio quality is ok, not really dramatically better than the previous version

Does not charge, I bought two chargers and they definitely don't charge

This item was given as a Christmas present which I made the mistake of not opening until right before I wrapped it (a few days before Christmas). The ear buds appeared to be chewed on as there were small bite marks all over them. After trying them out it was clear the left ear bud did not function whatsoever. Had to go through the trouble of taking them back and waiting for a refund. Will not purchase Best Buy’s refurbished items again.

Warning: The "Geek Squad" re-cetrtified refurbished headphones come without the standard medium eartip, renderring the product useless. In box small & large eartip only.

Ear buds sound like they are under water, they did not give me 30 days to return. I do not recommend refurbished products.

Had them 5 months used them maybe 10 times.... sound died in right earbud and left one has people sound muffled... going back to Airpods

they weren't what I expected. Cancel noise doesn't works.

Well I wont trust "geek squad certified" anymore. Didnt last a year and one of the buds isnt working properly. Beyond that, the sound quality is about on par with the discounted price I paid. If I had paid full price for these I would have been upset.

Do not buy these!!! They came with just the earbuds in a case. No charger, no ear cushions. How the heck am I gonna use these with no ear cushions??!! Returning these immediately and shopping elsewhere.

I was sent the wrong product. I was sent the galaxy buds pro (a lesser quality product) when i ordered the buds 2 pro. Cashier when i returned was not very friendly

Dont fit in ears well at all i tried different sized tips and still very uncomfortable.

I don't know why I didn't just buy it new. I've had such luck with eBay and Amazon refurbished that I figured let me go for it and save a few dollars. The right bud is dead. Now I gotta go crazy returning it.
