Sound quality at best is average and noise cancellation is almost nonexistent

They cut out alot when you first turn them on. They are very fussy.

Just spend the extra $$ to buy them new. Once i got them i opened up the box and seen the earbuds still with ear wax on them. Drove straight to the store to return then

What a joke! Received this in a crushed tapoed iup box very ghetto also missing buds but Best Buy doesn’t care they made us pay the difference anyway!

I understand these were refurbished, but you couldn't be bothered to ensure the tips were included? You can't safely use them without those, so until I get some I cannot rate the actual quality of the product. Do better!

Came dirty without cord and one set of ear tips.. For what they're charging, might as well just buy them new.

Left bud wouldn't pair, and the return took over a week to get me my refund. Then the price went up before I could reorder. I called multiple times to attempt to reorder at the original price both before the return was complete (waiting on shipping), and after the price increase. Overall a bad time.

Ive typically had good experiences with open-box/refurbished item but this one... not so much. While the product itself looks to be in great condition, the sound says otherwise. Even at max volume, they hard to hear. And yes, I tried all the wearable app tricks to turn the volume up on them but no dice.

These ear buds are nothing like the first Bus. They are very uncomfortable when you put them in you ear. I honestly hate the way they feel.

So I wanted to spend decent money on a great pair of buds that I would enjoy the quality of sound with a long with comfort in my ears as well. I tried the jbl's first, and the sound quality just wasn't what I expected. So the next day, I took them back and bought the Bose quiet comforts. I hated those because of their size of them. And being a Bose product, I expected more when it comes to sound as well, so the following day, day 3, I took them back and bought the Sony's. Wasn't happy with the sound as well, but the Comfort was there. So on day 4 I bought the Samsung buds 2 Pro and I'm telling you there perfect they fit in your ear perfectly, and the sound is absolutely amazing especially if you have the Samsung phone, with the Samsung smart App I lost an earbud twice and found them both because I could track them down. Also, it has been over a year now, and they are still perfect as the day I bought them. I can't believe I haven't written a good review on them until just now. But they are definitely worth it. They are worth every penny, especially now with the price down as cheap as they are. So I would definitely recommend these.

Great product but to big for my ears, they don't stay in like they should.

Just received a knockoff brand, "Bomis" inside the Samsung Pro2 earbuds case. Bluetooth paired sees them as "Bomis" not Samsung, no options in settings. Best Buy not doing their job when selling refurbished gear.

I quit using them after they wouldn't stay connected or in my ear.

Only thing is that the earbuds only come with 2 sizes not the middle one

Sound quality is great for something so small! Definitely love having them for dedicated work out ear buds.

When I received them, both the case and the earbuds were very dirty.

these have been terrible for talking to people. Every person talked to with them said there is static and an echo making it unable to hear what I am saying, Bummer

The left ear bud is dead and I'm going to have to return them.i tried all the repairing and resetting tricks and nothing. This is the same problem I've had with earlier samsung ear buds. They were great when they worked

Believe it or not there was only one earbud in the package. How does that even happen? Any, Best Buy was quick to refund my $$$.

I do not recommend. This is my third pair, different models, and sound quality is not what I expected, very disappointed. The earbuds will not stay in place, no matter how I put them in or the size of the rubber things I use.
