It gives me very bad migraine, i gave them to my husband and he also had very strong migraine after using it.

The right headphone would not connect without putting both headphones in your ears. The right headphone would also randomly disconnect.

Never got to use them I ordered them 3 times and every time no ear buds , so i got fed up and cancelled the order.

Rapid battery depletion within a few hours. Not good.

The earbud stopped connecting a week after the reurn policy end date. Prior ot that they worked great.

Battery gets really hot when charging, earbuds get hot and then die quickly, seems extremely sketchy

I bought these for my boyfriend as a part of his birthday gift. I went back and forth on buying them because of the mixed reviews. But he has told me he loves them! He loves the bass and noise canceling and he made sure to get the right fit for his ear and he has used them at the gym with no issues of them falling out. He also didn't know they were refurbished until a couple of weeks afterwards. He said he would've never guessed.

This is my third pair of refurbished earbuds from Best Buy and every one has looked and functioned just like brand new. The box just won't be factory sealed and you'll be lucky to get one size of ear tips. You may not get any so keep that in mind. Tips are very cheap and when I'm spending less than half the retail price for the earbuds, I'm not complaining. Samsung hit it out of the park with these earbuds. Especially if you have a newer galaxy phone and access to the galaxy wearable app. After the initial setup, which takes a couple minutes, they're paired before you get them in your ears. They are so comfortable I can hardly feel them. You can personalize your earbuds for you and change the settings based on what you're listening to. Dynamic is my favorite EQ. The sound quality is amazing for anything from music, to videos to podcasts. The noise canceling is good. It will hold its own with any other pair of high end earbuds on the market. I've tried the Airpods pro 2s and in my opinion the noise cancellation on those has these beat but not by much at all. That said, they're not Bose or Sony over ears so dont expect them to be. No earbud is going to have the noise cancelling of the Sony 1000 XM5s or the Bose QC 45s.

Even though this product was refurbished, it seems almost identical to a new product and I absolutely fell in love with how good these sound and the noise canceling is also pretty neat. One thing I also really appreciate about these is that you can attempt to connect to them from a different device and it'll disconnect from the other device instead of refusing connection which I really like since I switch devices often. It really sucked before always having my old pair connected to my laptop in my car when im trying to listen to music through my phone at the gym.

Cannot say enough good things about these buds! The sound quality is well above average, the fit is incredible and very comfortable, the ANC is amazing! Best buds I've ever owned!

product works 100%. no issues with battery life, sound, etc after ~1mo of heavy use (round 6hrs a day most weekdays landscaping). only reason my review isn't 5-star is because the box was missing the medium sized silicon tips, which has been surprisingly obnoxious. overall would recommend over buying a retail pair

Some of the best buds out there. Only issue i had was making sure they go in correctly and sound seals. After figured out these things have awesome sound with loud clear bass. Very good deal on the refurbished only thing missing was the medium sized fitting other than that they were mint condition with original packaging.

For the price point, these are great. They came with everything except a user manual, but I was able to figure it out. They look brand new, no difference that I noticed being that they are refurbished. Good sound quality/battery, connects to my phone right away, and they are pretty good staying in my ear as well, and I have small ears.
