The touch controls do not work. Otherwise they work great.

It really good but there is any issue with the left bud from time to time

The product I recieved was the wrong product. When it was replaced with the right item, the replacement item didn't come with the right earpieces. The product itself was great sound quality, but ai couldn't get the full experiance with the right earpieces (which, again, I didn't have). After several trips to the local Best Buy, I eventually gave up and just returned the item.

Yall Need to add the others size ear tips,other then that all good

Although i recieved a refurbished edition of the ear buds the quality was pretty good. The only bad part was that the sound doesnt come out of the right earbud and the right war bud doesnt process the fit to ear function at all.

Maybe I was lucky but I got everything I would expect with brand new except the box. all 3 sizes of earbuds were there and everything looked new and clean. Very happy with it so far.

Great product and works great with my Samsung products. Switching between phone and tablet is seamless.

The product came with everything included in the package and looked like brand new.

These work well and not a single problem even though they are refurbished.

Its a great product it works extremely well and it is durable i dropped them a few times and they still work how they worked straight out the box.

I just came from a pick up open box earbud 2 pro . Very disappointed whit the oder first thing first bought two earbud and when get to the store only one was ready the they later but in my email said it was ready that's not the only thing bestbuy lie to the customer whit open box geek squad they don't check anything liked they advertise earbud bud was missing the rubber tip ihave to return the first one and i have to wait for the se one hopefully they complete very bad for customer hopefully when i come back for the other earbud they complete very disappointed waste of time

I haven't had a chance to use these very often, but they cut out every couple of minutes randomly. On YouTube they lag at the start of a video and cut out whenever an Ad finishes playing. They sound great, but the instability is unforgivable.

Works like it's brand new, but it was missing a couple of the rubber tip things.

The headphones work great and a great value to spend money on.

I'm 99% sure mine are brand new. Zero issues so far.

Bought this in the hopes of just being able to go about to using if, much to my surprise they didnt come with the ear nubs with order. This will be great if you wanna buy the ear nubs separately. Should really be advertised that this doesnt come with ear nub inserts.
