    The left ear bud never worked correctly, the volume from that bud was practically non-existant. There was a nearly constant tinny sound from both buds.

    The refurbished airbuds is not charging well on the left side. Sometimes the right side isn't playing as well.

    Scratched up and did not bring the rubber ear pieces. Still had the other persons name when I linked them.

    Do not buy anything refurbished from Best Buy. If theres an issue you have to identify and address it within 2 weeks or youre s-out of luck with your now well working product. They shouldnt even sell refurbished items.

    I was not informed refurbished items dont get totaltech benefits. Only 90 day warranty and 14 day return. Not disclosed anywhere. Only when i called because not on receipt. Very dissapointed in best buy. Tried

    They work fine if I use them to listen to music or something. When comes to talking on the phone only one ear work. The left on sounds like I am under water

    Very bad background noise cancelation. When you are in a call it sounds like if you are far away from the microphone. Terrible. The return period is short. I was unable to return them after 3 weeks from purchase.

    What a joke! There was clearly used debris in the box and there was no cushion on the ear buds.
