These are the best ear buds I've ever used and I've tried many brands. They fit snugly in my ears and the sound is so clear and crisp.

I have been very satisfied with these, would highly recommend. They fit well and are good with connectivity with my Samsung S23 Ultra. I do wish the charge lasted a little longer but it hasn't been a issue as of today. I like that when wearing they are not noticeable. All and all I give an enthusiastic 5 stars.

my only complaint is that the case opens easily so i lost one. lasts about 8 hours but case holds 3 additional charges. can use each bud independently so you can double listening time.

Really nice ear buds, great sound, fair price. The buds can fall from the ear when working out, working in the yard, etc., and that's not good. Could be a matter of proper fit or insertion on my part, but overall, a very good product.

Im a UPS driver in Austin. Having these has been a game changer for everything. I cant speak for semi truck usage, but the its perfect for the package car. Fit your buds properly with the right tips and wings for comfortable fitting and secured fitting. I can run each bud individually and get from 9am till 345pm on 1 bud alone. I charge the case maybe 3 times a week.

Everything has worked and looked great. Battery life and sound quality are both very good. I can always trust GeekSquad refurbished products to be what I'm looking for at a great price.

Music is so vibrant. Great experience...feel the beat and bass. Clear definition of music composition.

They work as advertised and the noise canceling is good for indoors. You can still hear a little bit of chatter but you really have to be focusing on it if you want to hear anything when these headphones are in. I marked off a star though as when using to exercise outdoors, they become a different story. Very few reviews talk about how they work while cycling outdoors, so here is mine. The wind goes through them and is makes podcasts and music very hard to hear while cruising on a bike. These were worst than Beats by Dre, which I wasn't a fan of. My Klipsch T5 II, which are not noise canceling, do a better job of keeping the wind out while riding, so I returned them. If not using them for that, I'm sure they are fine but they did not meet my needs.

I purchased these with hopes that they lived up tge my expectations and i will say that they meet everything i was looking for in ear buds. Way better than anything on the market when it comes to ear buds! Airpods cant compete with these. The quality and battery life blows apple out the water! Didnt not have to charge for 3 days after using and i use them alot.

Great buy, these sound great and are a snug fit for my small ears. Would recommend, especially if there's a deal and an Android user.

I got this ear buds refurbished but they are already easily the best ear bud I've owned. There are many feauture I enjoy and wanted many of the features these ear bud had. There were some features that surprises me like the ability for the music to be turned down when I was talking and picked back up when it stopped after my choice of time. My only problem has been I cant wesr them climbing or if I quickly turn my head it could be launched.

I bought this Samsung earbuds as certified refurbished and it was excellent. My daughter said it was perfect for her ears. Did not have issues just like new. She loves it so much.. i was in doubt before because it was a refurbished but men i was wrong. It sounds great!

If you're buying these refurbished (which i don't blame you for, they're priced really well for what they are), be aware that there is a high likelihood if not a certainty that earbud tips won't be included, which sucks on best buy's part because they are for sure listed as including a set. Have some shipped to you from amazon when you order here so you don't have to wait an extra two days to actually use them once they arrive. Still a good deal, good product, Best Buy just doing what they always do.

They're really good headphones. They slide out of my ears sometimes but I'm sure its cause i have very small ears. So thats not too bad. I really like the fact that i can block noises out. And just hear the music or heart show/movie im watching. And the color is a big plus too. Also dont need to charge them all the time either. Ive gome a week without having to charge the case.

Very good audio quality and decent noise cancelling. My ears are a little smaller than average so I do have a bit of trouble with them staying in my ears sometimes. They lose battery power a little faster than I would expect. But overall, I'm pretty happy with my purchase

The good (outweighed by bad) first: - phenomenal sound, Samsung integration and wearables control are very intuitive and useful. Geek squad did well. They looked new on arrival. The bad - shipped with one set of eartips instead of 3, this should be in the description as it's a major deviation from buying new (others have complained and Best Buy should rectify this). I have had these since May. Unfortunately, I passed the return window before testing these running or on my mountain bike. These are absolutely useless for intense physical activity. Every few strides or bump in the trail they shift, and if not corrected, they just fall out. The constant adjustments also cause unintentional tap inputs. I have tried numerous Samsung and 3rd party ear tips. Nothing solves this. It is a matter of shape and weight placement. I am a huge Samsung environment fan (TV, watch, phone, buds, etc), and I am very disappointed in Samsung's design choices for these buds. This is a well documented problem across the net. It will certainly color my future purchases. At this price point, they provide amazing sound, but the retention is just trash and unacceptable for this level of product.
