This was my gateway drug to high quality ear buds.

Sound cancelation is excellent. Music quality is awesome. Great bass and equally great mids and high tones.

I completely forgot that this was refurbished works and looked brand new

Sounded good as far as radio station and videos. But I work in a loud environment and the call quality wasn't that good.

They are comfortable and good sound. I like the ambient sound setting

as refurbished I had an incomplete set, missing plugs in different sizes. - Comfort 3/5 the first days presses on ears painfully. Take 5-10 days to become a little bit comfortable. - Mic 3/5 about 60% quieter than usual - ANC 3/5 they shouldn't have used such a selective noise reduction bandwidth. I wish I had ANC at maximum bandwidth. - Usability 3/5 when you put it in your ears, you can press the touch buttons several times, I don't understand why they can't program time delay for insertion time. The volume buttons may be pressed when you chew. - Sound 4/5. rarely hear distortion on loud explosive bass.

Purchased as a gift for my grandson. He will receive it in March, so can not tell how well they sound, or if there are any issues. I can state delivered in Jan in good condition with box intact. I hope works well. Will provide update after my grandson tries them. If he likes them, I will change my rating to 5 stars.

Sound is awesome. I was surprised by how long buds held a charge. Easy to pair with my phone.

These ear buds are amazing. The active noise cancelling is a must have. The battery lasts forever. Would highly recommend.

kind of uncomfortable on the ears to use for an extended period of time. It also hard to keep in place, mine fall off quite often when wearing them. I would not buy them again

Easy to use. Two sizes, allowing for tiny ear canals. Great sound. Auto bkuetooth to Samsung phone.

The sound is good. Noise-canceling is top tier. They are nice size and the don fall out.

Happy with my upgrade from my old Galaxy Buds+. Much better sound quality and great battery life.

Great earbuds. The sound quality is good, the app works well. But i can never get a good fit in my ear because they didn't come with the tips made for this product.

They work very well, great connectivity and cool options when listening too.

These are a major upgrade from my last pair of wireless headphones, a cheap pair of JLabs (which I also reviewed on here). Coming from those, the difference is night and day. I'm not an audiophile by any definition but the sound quality is very very nice. My absolute favorite is how good the noise cancellation is, it practically makes the NYC subway disappear. Very pleased with these, especially the refurbished price. My pair appear and perform good as new with no battery degradation.

No problems so far. Im glad I took the chance getting these. Because they were refurbished one pair of the ear bud tips were missing but that didnt bother me especially since it was extremely discounted.

I still love these ones. Better than the new version.

As a previous apple product advocate....... i have to say first that i still own 9 pairs of failed/broken pairs of apple earbuds. I have purchased over 10 years. This pair is my second pair of Samsung earbuds i have owned since switching 4 years ago. I still use my first pair at work. So if you enjoy buying new pairs every year and half stick with apple! If your interested in a quality pair that last purchase a pair of samsung buds2 pro.
