Best buy sent me a white set instead of the graphite. I questioned myself on my order so i pulled it up immediately to see that I did order graphite. Unfortunately I needed for a trip so I did not have to time for an exchange. The white ones get dirty quick. They do sound great and personlly they fit better that the last version of galaxy buds, but not as good as the OG buds.

The quality is excellent, I can't tell the difference with new ones. The only thing I recommend is to clean/disinfect them very well before using them for the first time. If you have a Samsung device the compatibility is perfect, but don't worry, if you use another brand, the Galaxy Buds app will include all the tools you need, even on the PC!

OMG! These are the most awesome Earbuds. The Noise cancelling is the over the top. It totally blocks out the crazees in the gym talking loudly on thier phones and the crap music they play. The best for flying too! I had the previous model and lost them, I decided to chance the Refurbished! Saved 100 dollars! THESE ARE AMAZING.

Connects to my office laptop easily, Fits perfect in ears, ANC is good, only down is battery lasts one and half hour.

The experience is very good for listening to music, especially with the external sound isolation system. The battery lasts approximately 4 hours. Disadvantages: Large volume of noise that irritates the ears, along with rapid ear sweating. Lack of stability inside the ears They fit way too loose for my comfort felt like they were about to fall out with active movements.

Got a great deal on a refurbished set. They came in the original box. Great sound quality and fitment. Got them for my daughter who has issues with every headset fitment and she loved this one. I tried them and pretty much forgot I had them on. Excellent earbuds.

The earbuds are GREAT! The sound is awesome. Easy pairing and management with my Galaxy S23. The BAD! I bought these as Geek Squad Certified Refurbished. They worked for music only. The ANC and other features did not work. I was able to get them fixed directly by Samsung on warranty. Everything is perfect now.
