Also, the tap to skip songs or lower volume often gets triggered accidentally when I'm trying to adjust them in my ear. Sometimes when I do adjust them it'll start lowering the volume without me even touching it anymore due to it contacting my ear incorrectly.

I bought it almost one year ago as a refurbish product. It came like new. No problems at all. With the use. the case have begun to look a bit rough up. But other than the aesthetics of the case. Everything works as usual. So if you do not care about the case. This would be great for you

Im picking as I hav smaller ears and they seem to fit well and dont fall out. The only down side is they said they came with several size bud pads. But did not. I had to buy them.

I bought them as a replacement when I lost my first set of Buds Pro 2s. The cost difference is considerable and makes it a worthwhile purchase. But, buyer be aware that when you purchase the earbuds that there will be no tips included. I'm glad I had extras from my original purchase.

It also has awesome features such as alerting you to move your neck if youve been staring ar your phone for too long, and being able to recognize when youre talking and lowering the volume so you can hear yourself talk.
